銅(tong)陵長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)位于蕪湖市(shi)(shi)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)下游銅(tong)官(guan)山河段荻(di)港(gang)水(shui)道彎曲段中部,為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)南(nan)宣高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(皖高(gao)速(su)S32)組成(cheng)部分(fen)之一;大(da)橋(qiao)北(bei)側為(wei)(wei)巢湖市(shi)(shi)無為(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi),南(nan)側為(wei)(wei)銅(tong)陵市(shi)(shi);北(bei)起(qi)無為(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)塔橋(qiao)高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)樞(shu)(shu)紐(niu),上(shang)跨(kua)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)道,南(nan)至銅(tong)陵市(shi)(shi)鐘鳴(ming)高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)樞(shu)(shu)紐(niu)。
銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的公(gong)(gong)路接(jie)線(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千米,分大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北(bei)岸(an)(an)(an)接(jie)線(xian)與南岸(an)(an)(an)接(jie)線(xian);其中,北(bei)岸(an)(an)(an)接(jie)線(xian)起自無為市神墩村劉家莊,與北(bei)沿江(jiang)(jiang)高速公(gong)(gong)路巢(chao)湖(hu)至無為段銜接(jie),經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、姚溝、高溝、石板(ban)洲(zhou),接(jie)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北(bei)岸(an)(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),長約(yue)25.4千米;南岸(an)(an)(an)接(jie)線(xian)起至公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南岸(an)(an)(an)引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),經銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)承接(jie)產業轉移(yi)示(shi)范園,至終點(dian)銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)縣鐘鳴(ming),接(jie)南沿江(jiang)(jiang)高速公(gong)(gong)路和在建(jian)的銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)(ling)至南陵(ling)(ling)至宣城(cheng)高速公(gong)(gong)路,長約(yue)13.4千米。
整體布局
銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)分別由水上雙(shuang)層主(zhu)橋(qiao)、無為段以及銅陵市段引橋(qiao)、兩座(zuo)倒Y形塔柱,以及各匝道組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)路(lu)段呈西北至東南方向布置(zhi)。

針對(dui)銅陵長(chang)江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)的設(she)計特點和(he)(he)現(xian)場施工(gong)(gong)條件,開展了(le)一(yi)系(xi)列技(ji)術(shu)研究,研發了(le)復雜水文地(di)質條件下大型(xing)基礎施工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)、全焊桁片制(zhi)作(zuo)與架設(she)技(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)箱鐵(tie)路橋(qiao)面板(ban)安裝技(ji)術(shu)。桁片式鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)合(he)龍技(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)絞線斜拉索等值(zhi)張拉智能控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)等一(yi)系(xi)列新技(ji)術(shu),這些新成果得(de)到了(le)成功應用,對(dui)今后橋(qiao)梁(liang)的設(she)計和(he)(he)施工(gong)(gong)均有(you)很好的參(can)考價值(zhi)。(《橋(qiao)梁(liang)建設(she)》 評)
2006年12月,中國(guo)安徽(hui)(hui)省(sheng)省(sheng)政府與原中華(hua)人(ren)民共(gong)和國(guo)鐵(tie)道部(bu)簽署了《關(guan)于(yu)安徽(hui)(hui)省(sheng)“十一(yi)五”鐵(tie)路建(jian)設有關(guan)問題會談紀要(yao)》,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)工程入(ru)列(lie)鐵(tie)道部(bu)“十一(yi)五”規劃。
2009年2月12日(ri),銅陵(ling)長江公鐵(tie)大橋進行(xing)水下地質勘探工程。
2010年(nian)4月(yue)18日,銅陵長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋動工興建;同年(nian)12月(yue)27日,銅陵長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋完(wan)成制造招標。
2011年8月,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋進行鋼梁制造工(gong)程。
2012年(nian)9月30日,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)進入主橋(qiao)鋼梁(liang)架設階(jie)段。
2013年5月,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)4號墩主塔成功封頂,大(da)(da)橋(qiao)鋼梁(liang)建設進入(ru)雙懸臂架設施工階段;同月28日(ri),銅陵長江公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)鋼梁(liang)與南(nan)岸(an)引(yin)橋(qiao)對(dui)接,進入(ru)主跨鋼梁(liang)架設階段;同年12月19日(ri),銅陵長江公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)完成合龍工程(cheng)。
2015年4月,銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)全(quan)面竣工,通(tong)過(guo)靜態驗收;同(tong)年6月28日,銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)下層高速(su)鐵路功能投入運營。
2016年1月27日,銅陵長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵大橋高速(su)公(gong)路啟用運營。

截(jie)至2016年1月,銅陵長江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)收(shou)(shou)費公(gong)(gong)路收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),按照(zhao)安徽省(sheng)交通(tong)運(yun)輸廳、安徽省(sheng)物價局(ju)發布的(de)(de)《關于調整我省(sheng)路橋(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)通(tong)知》(皖交財〔2010〕391號)執行(xing)(xing),銅陵長江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)接線(xian)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路的(de)(de)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),按照(zhao)皖交財〔2010〕391號文規定(ding)的(de)(de)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)加收(shou)(shou)一座特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)隧通(tong)行(xing)(xing)費執行(xing)(xing);其中,四(si)類車(che)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為1.3元/車(che)·千米;貨車(che)計(ji)重(zhong)收(shou)(shou)費,基本費率為0.09元/噸(dun)·千米,計(ji)重(zhong)費率由10噸(dun)至40噸(dun)車(che)輛線(xian)性遞減0.05元/噸(dun)·千米;對(dui)超(chao)越運(yun)輸認定(ding)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)5軸(zhou)貨車(che)為43噸(dun)。

截(jie)至2016年1月(yue)4日,安徽省人民政(zheng)府同意合(he)福鐵(tie)路銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)公路橋(qiao)及接線高速公路設站(zhan)收(shou)費(fei)(fei),全線共(gong)設3個收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan),均為匝道收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan),站(zhan)名分別為:“無為南收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅陵(ling)北收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無為西收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預留)。
技術難題
銅陵公(gong)鐵長(chang)江大橋主橋工程難(nan)(nan)點在于:1、3號墩沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)基(ji)礎施(shi)(shi)工水文地質條件(jian)復雜,下沉(chen)(chen)過程中(zhong)(zhong),遇到(dao)了事先未曾勘(kan)探(tan)到(dao)的(de)卵石膠(jiao)結層,使沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)下沉(chen)(chen)困難(nan)(nan);2、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次(ci)采用雙(shuang)節間全(quan)焊(han)桁片組拼鋼桁梁(liang)結構,由于全(quan)焊(han)桁片制(zhi)造精度(du)要求高,因此桁片豎立存放運輸安(an)(an)全(quan)風險大,現場安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工藝復雜;3、橋塔根(gen)部弦桿受力(li)(li)最(zui)大的(de)區(qu)段及邊墩和(he)輔(fu)助墩區(qu)域均采用正交(jiao)異性鋼箱橋面結構;鋼箱橋面板剛度(du)大,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)時適(shi)應變形能力(li)(li)差(cha),增加了安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)難(nan)(nan)度(du);4、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次(ci)在鐵路橋梁(liang)上采用鋼絞線斜拉索,對施(shi)(shi)工中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)成(cheng)橋后(hou)每束斜拉索中(zhong)(zhong)單根(gen)鋼絞線之間的(de)索力(li)(li)誤差(cha)提(ti)出了很高的(de)控制(zhi)要求。
