鎮(zhen)海(hai)區(qu)(qu)精英小學(xue)(xue)成(cheng)立于2001年,由鎮(zhen)海(hai)區(qu)(qu)城關第二小學(xue)(xue)和鎮(zhen)海(hai)區(qu)(qu)聲遠小學(xue)(xue)合并而成(cheng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地19000余平方米,建筑面(mian)積8900余平方米。校(xiao)園(yuan)環(huan)境優美,布局合理(li),設施完(wan)善。目前,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有23個教學(xue)(xue)班,922名學(xue)(xue)生,其中93%為來自各省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)的(de)新鎮(zhen)海(hai)人。教師54名,市(shi)(shi)、區(qu)(qu)教壇新秀、區(qu)(qu)名優教師占43%左右(you)。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以(yi)“構(gou)(gou)建師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)諧成(cheng)長的(de)(de)(de)(de)幸福家園”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)宗旨。建校(xiao)初(chu)期以(yi)科研(yan)為基點,依托鎮海豐(feng)富的(de)(de)(de)(de)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)資源,初(chu)步(bu)構(gou)(gou)建了(le)(le)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)格(ge)局。隨后,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)又先后開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)語文、數(shu)學(xue)(xue)、英(ying)語、體育(yu)(yu)(yu)等學(xue)(xue)科開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)性研(yan)究。課題組老師(shi)改變教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)方式,豐(feng)富教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內容,盤活各類資源,大膽嘗試生(sheng)(sheng)活化(hua)、實(shi)踐化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)作(zuo)業(ye),形成(cheng)了(le)(le)豐(feng)厚的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)果,構(gou)(gou)建起了(le)(le)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)格(ge)局。十年(nian)來,精英(ying)人前(qian)行在開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)這條路上。通(tong)過對現有的(de)(de)(de)(de)課題的(de)(de)(de)(de)剖析、整理以(yi)及審視現代(dai)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)熱點問題后發(fa)現,開(kai)(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)(xin)(xin)思(si)想就(jiu)是“尊(zun)重童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)”。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)一直把兒童(tong)看作(zuo)生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主體,尊(zun)重童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin),呵護童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin),順應童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin),通(tong)過多種途徑(jing)和(he)方式滿足兒童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)靈的(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,特別是在德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)活實(shi)踐三個(ge)層面對“如何回(hui)應和(he)引(yin)(yin)領童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)”進行了(le)(le)探(tan)索(suo)。2011年(nian)經過提(ti)煉和(he)總結,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)出版了(le)(le)《童(tong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)應和(he)引(yin)(yin)領——基于兒童(tong)本真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐探(tan)索(suo)》一書。
近幾年,學校秉承“禮潤童(tong)(tong)(tong)心 幸(xing)福(fu)精英”的理念(nian),建構自主合作,煥發生(sheng)命(ming)活力(li)的“童(tong)(tong)(tong)真課(ke)堂”;開發助力(li)兒童(tong)(tong)(tong)成長,具(ju)有童(tong)(tong)(tong)年味(wei)道的“童(tong)(tong)(tong)味(wei)課(ke)程”,建設充滿成長氣息(xi)的“童(tong)(tong)(tong)雅”德(de)育,校園活動充滿童(tong)(tong)(tong)趣和童(tong)(tong)(tong)樂。在師生(sheng)共同努力(li)下,校園內外(wai)昭(zhao)示(shi)(shi)著(zhu)鮮(xian)活的人(ren)文亮點,展示(shi)(shi)著(zhu)生(sheng)命(ming)的張力(li),舞動著(zhu)自信與精彩。“禮儀”教育效果(guo)顯(xian)著(zhu),在區域內產生(sheng)了較大的影響……
