學(xue)(xue)校教師(shi)(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)由高(gao)新(xin)區面向(xiang)全國(guo)省級(ji)以上(shang)重點中學(xue)(xue)招(zhao)聘的(de)名(ming)優(you)(you)教師(shi)(shi)和北京師(shi)(shi)范(fan)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、華東師(shi)(shi)范(fan)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、上(shang)海(hai)復旦大(da)學(xue)(xue)等全國(guo)重點大(da)學(xue)(xue)優(you)(you)選(xuan)的(de)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)大(da)學(xue)(xue)畢(bi)業生和碩士研究生組成,形成了一支(zhi)以中青年教師(shi)(shi)為主(zhu)體,中高(gao)級(ji)職(zhi)稱教師(shi)(shi)占80%以上(shang)的(de)優(you)(you)秀(xiu)教師(shi)(shi)隊伍。
美(mei)德(de)教育,簡(jian)單說就是要(yao)讓(rang)師生在(zai)一系列的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題教育體(ti)(ti)驗活動中確(que)立美(mei)德(de)認(ren)知、產(chan)生美(mei)德(de)情(qing)感、形成(cheng)美(mei)德(de)意志、化為(wei)美(mei)德(de)行(xing)為(wei);具體(ti)(ti)講(jiang)就是以(yi)“三(san)自”“五常(chang)”為(wei)核心(培養學生學習(xi)自主、行(xing)為(wei)自律(lv)、生活自理三(san)種(zhong)能力以(yi)及(ji)紀律(lv)、衛生、文明、公物(wu)、公德(de)五種(zhong)意識和行(xing)為(wei)):以(yi)“四化”美(mei)德(de)為(wei)載(zai)體(ti)(ti)(美(mei)德(de)內(nei)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)現實化、目(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)系列化、途(tu)徑的(de)(de)(de)課程化、管理的(de)(de)(de)科學化),最終形成(cheng)以(yi)師生美(mei)德(de)為(wei)目(mu)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)美(mei)德(de)環境(jing),讓(rang)每個(ge)學生真正成(cheng)為(wei)名符其實的(de)(de)(de)好公民、好學生、好子(zi)女。
成(cheng)功(gong)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang),簡單說(shuo)就(jiu)是要(yao)讓(rang)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)上較大(da)程度(du)的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)成(cheng)功(gong);具體(ti)(ti)講(jiang)就(jiu)是以“成(cheng)功(gong)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li)模式為載體(ti)(ti),讓(rang)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)通(tong)過(guo)課(ke)(ke)前、課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)及課(ke)(ke)后(hou)三個環(huan)節的(de)(de)(de)共同努力(li),最終主要(yao)通(tong)過(guo)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)上教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)引(yin)領式教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)式學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),幫(bang)助(zhu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)自(zi)學(xue)(xue)、對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)、群(qun)學(xue)(xue)和師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)互動中達成(cheng)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)目標,真正體(ti)(ti)現學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)主體(ti)(ti)地位,強調知識的(de)(de)(de)當(dang)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)掌握和及時反(fan)饋。同時對(dui)(dui)當(dang)天課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)目標達成(cheng)度(du)不高的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)下午放學(xue)(xue)后(hou)進行(xing)免費的(de)(de)(de)一對(dui)(dui)一輔(fu)導,力(li)求學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)當(dang)天的(de)(de)(de)知識當(dang)天過(guo)手;對(dui)(dui)當(dang)天已經達成(cheng)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)目標的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),可在(zai)課(ke)(ke)外活動超市中自(zi)愿選(xuan)擇喜(xi)歡(huan)的(de)(de)(de)社團活動。學(xue)(xue)校將從本屆初、高中新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年級部分學(xue)(xue)科開(kai)始實行(xing)成(cheng)功(gong)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)分層(ceng)走班(ban)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)。
“四輪驅動”,是指根據初(chu)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)學生(sheng)(sheng)的學習基礎、能力(li)結構、特(te)長構成(cheng)等,結合成(cheng)都市規劃課(ke)題(ti)《“成(cheng)功課(ke)堂(tang)”三跟蹤(zong)研(yan)究(jiu)》的推進,如在高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)分為希望生(sheng)(sheng)、民航生(sheng)(sheng)、七中(zhong)(zhong)網班生(sheng)(sheng)及藝體生(sheng)(sheng),初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)功課(ke)堂(tang)課(ke)題(ti)住校(xiao)班、成(cheng)功課(ke)堂(tang)課(ke)題(ti)走讀班、足球特(te)色班、美(mei)德教育課(ke)題(ti)班,力(li)圖讓(rang)初(chu)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)不同(tong)(tong)層次、不同(tong)(tong)愛好(hao)的學生(sheng)(sheng)在學校(xiao)都得到全面(mian)的發展,考上理想的學校(xiao)。
