黔(qian)(qian)西縣第五(wu)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)自1970年(nian)金鐘(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)開辦帶帽初中起,至(zhi)今已有(you)四(si)十(shi)八年(nian)的(de)歷史。1988年(nian)遷至(zhi)現址,更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)凰(huang)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue);2015更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)“黔(qian)(qian)西縣第五(wu)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校原屬沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)凰(huang)公社,且(qie)在幾次更(geng)名(ming)中均有(you)鳳(feng)凰(huang)二字,與(yu)鳳(feng)凰(huang)結(jie)緣(yuan),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校以(yi)鳳(feng)凰(huang)文化為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校主題(ti)文化。
學校(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)了悠久的歷史(shi)文(wen)化(hua),還有(you)(you)豐(feng)富的地域文(wen)化(hua),首先是鳳凰山,學校(xiao)(xiao)與(yu)鳳凰山相鄰,明朝水西烏(wu)騾壩和養龍山二地,曾建(jian)過牧場(chang)養馬,奢香夫人年年向朝廷貢獻馬匹(pi)數十。其次是彎角(jiao)龍潭(tan)(tan)(引導觀看進校(xiao)(xiao)門處地域文(wen)化(hua)宣傳(chuan)欄(lan)并作(zuo)解說):彎角(jiao)龍潭(tan)(tan)與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)毗鄰:原名“海子壩”,因龍潭(tan)(tan)出(chu)(chu)水的形狀似牛角(jiao),故而(er)得名。龍潭(tan)(tan)水質優良,為當地飲用水源,養育了鳳凰人。每年天氣最晴(qing)朗的時候,到半夜子時,龍潭(tan)(tan)中(zhong)有(you)(you)五朵石(shi)蓮花從龍潭(tan)(tan)里(li)現出(chu)(chu)。再次是鳳凰穿(chuan)洞(dong),鳳凰穿(chuan)洞(dong)在學校(xiao)(xiao)的上方(fang),洞(dong)內出(chu)(chu)土了很多(duo)遠(yuan)古石(shi)器,為舊石(shi)器時代文(wen)化(hua)遺址,屬于(yu)省級文(wen)物保護單位。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)自校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園改建后,濃(nong)濃(nong)的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文明創建氛(fen)圍撲面(mian)(mian)而來:入目(mu)的(de)(de)香樟(zhang)樹(shu)散發著淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)(de)清香,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)正對面(mian)(mian),寬敞整(zheng)潔(jie)的(de)(de)朝(chao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)往前(qian)延伸至教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生上(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)放(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)主干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao),為人行(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)往前(qian)右(you)轉是(shi)丹(dan)鳳(feng)路(取自《詩(shi)經(jing)》丹(dan)鳳(feng)朝(chao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)、九鳳(feng)朝(chao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)),喻匯集(ji)各方(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子,如旭(xu)日東升,前(qian)途光明,這條道(dao)(dao)(dao)主要(yao)是(shi)車行(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)。朝(chao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)與丹(dan)鳳(feng)路的(de)(de)設(she)(she)計目(mu)的(de)(de)是(shi)將(jiang)車行(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)和人行(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)分(fen)開(kai),朝(chao)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)模(mo)擬街道(dao)(dao)(dao)設(she)(she)計的(de)(de),上(shang)面(mian)(mian)都畫上(shang)了(le)交通(tong)(tong)線(xian),這樣設(she)(she)計是(shi)因為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生大(da)(da)多來自農村,對交通(tong)(tong)規則了(le)解(jie)少,交通(tong)(tong)安全意識淡(dan)泊(bo),而學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)地(di)理位(wei)置又較為特殊,地(di)處幾大(da)(da)高速公路出入口,所以(yi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)將(jiang)交通(tong)(tong)安全教育(yu)列(lie)為重(zhong)點(dian),時時警(jing)醒著學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生。各主干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)圍墻(qiang)上(shang)都設(she)(she)計了(le)相關的(de)(de)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳內(nei)容(rong),如:“中(zhong)國(guo)夢”、“核(he)(he)心價(jia)值觀”等。在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過道(dao)(dao)(dao)和教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓主要(yao)墻(qiang)面(mian)(mian),既有學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生作品的(de)(de)展(zhan)示,也有品德教育(yu)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳,各種宣(xuan)(xuan)傳內(nei)容(rong)都為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創建文明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園而增(zeng)色不(bu)少。除了(le)總體的(de)(de)基礎設(she)(she)施健全外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還設(she)(she)置了(le)功(gong)能活(huo)(huo)動場所:陽(yang)(yang)(yang)光書(shu)(shu)屋,開(kai)放(fang)式的(de)(de)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),供學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生課間、放(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)閱讀(du),與圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)一起營(ying)造濃(nong)厚的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香氛(fen)圍。誠信教育(yu)基地(di)、禁毒教育(yu)室(shi)(shi)、青春(chun)健康俱樂部、音體美(mei)室(shi)(shi)等標(biao)準化建設(she)(she),進(jin)一步(bu)夯實(shi)未成年(nian)人活(huo)(huo)動陣地(di),極大(da)(da)地(di)豐富了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)第二課堂活(huo)(huo)動,使其成為未成年(nian)人德智(zhi)體美(mei)全面(mian)(mian)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)樂園。此外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還開(kai)展(zhan)各類文明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園活(huo)(huo)動,通(tong)(tong)過社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)核(he)(he)心價(jia)值觀“進(jin)教材、進(jin)課堂、進(jin)頭腦”以(yi)及“我的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)夢”等主題(ti)教育(yu)實(shi)踐活(huo)(huo)動,在(zai)青少年(nian)中(zhong)培育(yu)和踐行(xing)社會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)核(he)(he)心價(jia)值觀,進(jin)一步(bu)推動未成年(nian)人的(de)(de)思(si)想道(dao)(dao)(dao)德建設(she)(she)

同時,加強校(xiao)外未成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)心理健(jian)康輔導站規范(fan)管(guan)理和(he)工作開(kai)展,逐步構建(jian)各鎮(zhen)、學(xue)校(xiao)和(he)社區未成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)心理健(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)三(san)級網(wang)(wang)絡。進一步加大學(xue)校(xiao)周邊網(wang)(wang)吧(ba)(網(wang)(wang)咖)綜合整(zheng)治力度,確保經營性網(wang)(wang)吧(ba)無接納未成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren),校(xiao)園周邊200米(mi)內有未成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)思想(xiang)道德建(jian)設(she)公益廣告(gao)、無互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)上網(wang)(wang)服務(wu)營業場所等(deng)。
