貴(gui)(gui)(gui)州省(sheng)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣第三中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)坐落(luo)于(yu)大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣城(cheng)南郊(jiao)奎(kui)峰塔旁(pang),是大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣內的(de)一(yi)所優質(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。于(yu)1994年(nian)建校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),現有(you)(you)占地面積近10萬平(ping)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米。大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣第三中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是1994年(nian)經畢(bi)(bi)節(jie)(jie)地區(qu)行(xing)署行(xing)文,在大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師進(jin)修學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)原址上增設的(de)一(yi)所縣直普通(tong)(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)秉承(cheng)“立德樹人,圓夢興國(guo)”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思想,堅持全面貫徹黨的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育方(fang)(fang)(fang)針,走“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風正、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風濃(nong)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風好、質(zhi)量高(gao)、有(you)(you)特(te)色(se)”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)道路,在全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)員(yuan)工的(de)共同努力下,23年(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)(xian)后被評為“國(guo)家德育科研先(xian)(xian)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、貴(gui)(gui)(gui)州省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)滲透法制教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育“省(sheng)級(ji)示(shi)范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、貴(gui)(gui)(gui)州省(sheng)“詩教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)單位”、畢(bi)(bi)節(jie)(jie)地區(qu)普通(tong)(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量評價“三類(lei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、畢(bi)(bi)節(jie)(jie)地區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育系(xi)統“先(xian)(xian)進(jin)集(ji)體”、畢(bi)(bi)節(jie)(jie)市“詩詞校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園”、畢(bi)(bi)節(jie)(jie)市首(shou)(shou)批“市級(ji)示(shi)范性普通(tong)(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)”、大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣首(shou)(shou)批“名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”等(deng)。2015年(nian)榮獲大(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育目標(biao)考核一(yi)等(deng)獎,2016年(nian)順(shun)利通(tong)(tong)過貴(gui)(gui)(gui)州省(sheng)省(sheng)級(ji)示(shi)范性普通(tong)(tong)高(gao)級(ji)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)家第一(yi)次(ci)評估驗收(shou)。
至2010年,大方三中共有(you)(you)(you)教師(shi)(shi)210人(ren),其中中學(xue)(xue)(xue)特級(ji)教師(shi)(shi)1人(ren),高級(ji)教師(shi)(shi)35人(ren),一級(ji)教師(shi)(shi)101人(ren),省(sheng)級(ji)名(ming)師(shi)(shi)培訓對(dui)象1人(ren),地(di)級(ji)名(ming)師(shi)(shi)1人(ren),省(sheng)級(ji)骨干(gan)教師(shi)(shi)2人(ren),地(di)級(ji)骨干(gan)教師(shi)(shi)4人(ren);具有(you)(you)(you)研究(jiu)生學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷的5人(ren),本科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷的115人(ren);初中教師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)為100%,高中教師(shi)(shi)合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)為85%。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現有(you)(you)(you)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)66個,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生4752人(ren),是(shi)全(quan)縣(xian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生人(ren)數最(zui)多的學(xue)(xue)(xue)校。
為了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)力(li)構建(jian)合作、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)型學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)(quan)面提高教(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)綜合素質,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后(hou)派(pai)老(lao)師到(dao)重(zhong)(zhong)慶、浙江、深(shen)圳(zhen)、成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)等地(di)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)先進(jin)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念和教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方法。并與深(shen)圳(zhen)市西鄉(xiang)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)成(cheng)(cheng)友(you)好學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),開(kai)展廣(guang)泛的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)際交流活(huo)動;與深(shen)圳(zhen)市高級中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)師資(zi)培(pei)訓、貧困(kun)生(sheng)幫扶(fu)的(de)牽(qian)手學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓100多名貧困(kun)生(sheng)重(zhong)(zhong)返(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園;與深(shen)圳(zhen)梅山中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)為友(you)誼學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓老(lao)師們懂得了(le)(le)新教(jiao)(jiao)改、新理(li)念,形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師努(nu)力(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)探討(tao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,大膽創新教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方法,充分調動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自主學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)積極性的(de)科研氛圍;與“文友(you)”基金會達(da)成(cheng)(cheng)幫扶(fu)、牽(qian)手兄(xiong)弟單位,讓我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)近兩百名貧困(kun)生(sheng)得到(dao)了(le)(le)資(zi)助;還(huan)與成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)七中(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)功聯辦了(le)(le)網校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)班(ban)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)派(pai)老(lao)師到(dao)這幾所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)培(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)已達(da)64人(ren)次。
通過(guo)全(quan)校老師的(de)(de)共(gong)同努力,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量得以提(ti)高,2000年高考(kao)錄取率從全(quan)縣(xian)完(wan)中之(zhi)末(mo)躍居(ju)第(di)二,中考(kao)實現了(le)零(ling)的(de)(de)突(tu)破。從此學(xue)(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)中、高考(kao)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)率穩步上(shang)升,高考(kao)上(shang)線率連續八年居(ju)全(quan)縣(xian)完(wan)中前列(lie),有些班級的(de)(de)語、數(shu)、外、文綜(zong)、理綜(zong)等學(xue)(xue)(xue)科均(jun)分(fen)超過(guo)了(le)省(sheng)均(jun)分(fen);2010年大方三中的(de)(de)高考(kao)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)率名列(lie)全(quan)地區第(di)十(shi)一位,張琪(qi)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)以629分(fen)的(de)(de)優異(yi)成績考(kao)入南京大學(xue)(xue)(xue)。
年輕的(de)大方三(san)中生機(ji)勃(bo)勃(bo)充滿希望,面對21世紀的(de)機(ji)遇(yu)和挑戰,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將與(yu)進(jin)(jin)俱進(jin)(jin),堅(jian)持(chi)以人(ren)為(wei)本,堅(jian)持(chi)科學(xue)(xue)發(fa)展觀,全面推進(jin)(jin)以可持(chi)續發(fa)展為(wei)核心(xin)的(de)素質教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),積(ji)極(ji)投(tou)入新課程(cheng)改革,努(nu)力(li)探(tan)索科研興校(xiao)(xiao)之路,繼續加大“三(san)制(zhi)管(guan)理(li)”力(li)度,真正做到教(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren),管(guan)理(li)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren),服務育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren),環(huan)境育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren);力(li)爭把學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建設成為(wei)環(huan)境花(hua)園(yuan)式、發(fa)展階梯(ti)式,管(guan)理(li)規范化、人(ren)文化的(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
學(xue)校(xiao)已(yi)發展成(cheng)為(wei)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)近5萬平米(mi)的學(xue)校(xiao),現有(you)(you)校(xiao)舍建筑面(mian)積(ji)10119平米(mi),其中普通教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)4348平米(mi),實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)174平米(mi),圖(tu)(tu)書室(shi)(shi)(shi)96平米(mi),微(wei)機室(shi)(shi)(shi)155平米(mi),行政辦公(gong)用房(fang)1410平米(mi),生(sheng)活(huo)用房(fang)3780平米(mi)。配置圖(tu)(tu)書28925冊,配有(you)(you)2350套新(xin)購(gou)置的課(ke)桌凳和歷年來購(gou)置的老課(ke)桌,另外,學(xue)校(xiao)還(huan)配置有(you)(you)理化生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)各2個(ge),計算機教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)2個(ge),圖(tu)(tu)書室(shi)(shi)(shi)、閱(yue)覽室(shi)(shi)(shi)各一個(ge),學(xue)生(sheng)的體(ti)育(yu)活(huo)動場(chang)所有(you)(you)足球(qiu)場(chang)1個(ge),籃球(qiu)場(chang)2個(ge),排球(qiu)場(chang)1個(ge),乒乓(pang)球(qiu)臺(tai)10個(ge);音體(ti)美(mei)器材已(yi)按上(shang)級(ji)規定標準(zhun)進(jin)行配置。新(xin)的教(jiao)學(xue)樓、綜合實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樓、圖(tu)(tu)書館、學(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓將拔地而起(qi),綠(lv)樹成(cheng)蔭,花香四(si)溢,一所花園式的學(xue)校(xiao)即將建成(cheng)。
大方(fang)三中(zhong)的前身是原貴州省大方(fang)縣教師(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)校(簡(jian)(jian)稱(cheng)大方(fang)進校),1958年(nian)9月(yue),為培養小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)教育迅速發(fa)展(zhan)所急需(xu)的小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)教師(shi),經省、地規劃和批準,大方(fang)簡(jian)(jian)易師(shi)范學(xue)(xue)校(簡(jian)(jian)稱(cheng)大方(fang)簡(jian)(jian)師(shi))在(zai)大方(fang)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(現大方(fang)二中(zhong))校址(zhi)正式建立。之(zhi)后遷至大方(fang)縣城東(dong)門(men)外,現大方(fang)一中(zhong)后面(mian),1961年(nian)5月(yue)因國家財政經濟困難而停辦(ban)。大方(fang)簡(jian)(jian)易師(shi)范學(xue)(xue)校存在(zai)的4年(nian)間(1958-1961)為大方(fang)教育事業培養出(chu)309名小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)教師(shi)(2屆初師(shi)和中(zhong)師(shi)畢業生)。
1971年(nian)(nian)(nian),根據(ju)國家(jia)關于師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)展(zhan)至(zhi)每縣(xian)一(yi)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)規劃(hua)建(jian)(jian)校(xiao),在(zai)籌建(jian)(jian)期(qi)間(jian),地區撥基建(jian)(jian)款、縣(xian)負責(ze)修建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)址于大(da)方縣(xian)城南郊余(yu)家(jia)塘(tang),1972年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月10日,經畢節地區革命委員(yuan)會(hui)批準(zhun),大(da)方縣(xian)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)正式成(cheng)建(jian)(jian)立(li),屬中(zhong)等專(zhuan)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)等師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),承(cheng)擔(dan)以(yi)培養(yang)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合格師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資為目標的(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范教(jiao)育任務(wu)。1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月,全(quan)國師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范教(jiao)育工作會(hui)議(yi)對師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)進行(xing)調整,根據(ju)會(hui)議(yi)精神,畢節地區行(xing)署報經貴州省人(ren)(ren)民(min)政府批準(zhun),于1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)將大(da)方師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)更名為大(da)方教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),招(zhao)收(shou)在(zai)職的(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),承(cheng)擔(dan)以(yi)培養(yang)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)職教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為目標的(de)(de)(de)培訓任務(wu),但按地區規劃(hua)還繼(ji)續承(cheng)擔(dan)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)任務(wu),每年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1984年(nian)(nian)(nian)未招(zhao)生(sheng))仍繼(ji)續招(zhao)收(shou)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)至(zhi)1988年(nian)(nian)(nian)停止,1986年(nian)(nian)(nian),在(zai)招(zhao)收(shou)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),招(zhao)收(shou)成(cheng)人(ren)(ren)中(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(至(zhi)1991年(nian)(nian)(nian)停止)。
1972-1990年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)19年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),共招普通(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)、成人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)學生18屆(jie)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)普通(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)15屆(jie),成人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)3屆(jie))計1520名(ming)(ming)(ming),在(zai)此(ci)期(qi)間,招收數百(bai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)小學校長、小學語(yu)文(wen)、數學、英語(yu)、美術、體育、音樂、幼兒(er)教(jiao)(jiao)育等學科的(de)(de)小學教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)進行短(duan)期(qi)培訓,還為大方(fang)的(de)(de)“普九”任務招收2個初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban)和(he)2個高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban),1985年(nian)(nian)起,又承擔貴州(zhou)省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)廣播(bo)函授學校(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)函)學員(yuan)的(de)(de)輔導(dao)任務以及小學教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)各種專(zhuan)(zhuan)業合格考(kao)試的(de)(de)輔導(dao)等等。學校辦(ban)學規模,1972年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)1個班(ban)(ban)50名(ming)(ming)(ming)學生11名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工發(fa)展到1988由年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)11個班(ban)(ban)520名(ming)(ming)(ming)學生和(he)學員(yuan)(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有6個班(ban)(ban)270名(ming)(ming)(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)學生)名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工。1988年(nian)(nian)首次評聘教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)稱的(de)(de)29名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)高(gao)級(ji)(ji)講師(shi)(shi)4名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)講師(shi)(shi)5名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)3名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)助理(li)講師(shi)(shi)12名(ming)(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)教(jiao)(jiao)員(yuan)5名(ming)(ming)(ming),當(dang)時的(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)資力量是雄厚的(de)(de)。
1991年停招(zhao)成(cheng)人中(zhong)師(shi)生改招(zhao)初中(zhong)學(xue)生6個(ge)班(ban),1992年7月第三屆成(cheng)人中(zhong)師(shi)班(ban)畢業,大方進校完成(cheng)了師(shi)范教育的歷史任務(wu),從此,除繼續(xu)承擔(dan)培訓小學(xue)教師(shi)任務(wu)外還(huan)承擔(dan)大方的“普九(jiu)”任務(wu)。
1994年6月(yue)大方(fang)縣(xian)第(di)(di)三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(簡稱(cheng)大方(fang)三(san)中(zhong)(zhong))在(zai)此基礎上建立,學(xue)校實行“兩塊牌子(zi)”(大方(fang)縣(xian)第(di)(di)三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)和大方(fang)教師進修(xiu)學(xue)校并存)、“一(yi)個攤子(zi)”(師資及設備全一(yi))的(de)辦學(xue)體制。
