為了進(jin)一步(bu)深化課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改革(ge)(ge),優(you)化課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)(mo)式,提高課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)性(xing),2012年4月(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校成(cheng)立了以校長(chang)為組(zu)長(chang)的(de)“實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”領導小(xiao)組(zu),設(she)立了“實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”辦公(gong)室,各學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)成(cheng)立了 “實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”攻(gong)關小(xiao)組(zu),組(zu)織骨(gu)干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)開(kai)展研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),積極探索符合學(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)際的(de)課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)新模(mo)(mo)式。邀請(qing)(qing)區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)室教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)員針對“課(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)性(xing)” “提高高三(san)年級復習課(ke)效(xiao)(xiao)率”等問題(ti)進(jin)行多次教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)診斷活動(dong)。2012年三(san)月(yue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)副(fu)(fu)校長(chang)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)導副(fu)(fu)主任先后(hou)去山東、江蘇參加全(quan)國課(ke)程改革(ge)(ge)研(yan)(yan)(yan)討會(hui),到(dao)杜郎口、昌(chang)樂二中、楊思(si)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)等課(ke)改名(ming)(ming)校實(shi)(shi)地觀摩(mo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習,四(si)月(yue),邀請(qing)(qing)遠東二中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)室主任劉(liu)鵬作《實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)(xiao)課(ke)堂(tang),有效(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習》專題(ti)報告(gao),五月(yue),董文利校長(chang)帶隊,二十三(san)名(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)骨(gu)干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)到(dao)宜川中學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)地考察。十月(yue)份,邀請(qing)(qing)臺(tai)灣(wan)國立交通大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)黃(huang)振順教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授給(gei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)作《運用信息技術促(cu)進(jin)有效(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習》報告(gao)。

學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)堅持德(de)育為首(shou),確(que)立“以(yi)德(de)立校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),全面育人(ren)”的(de)德(de)育指導思想,積(ji)極樹立“立人(ren)先立德(de)”的(de)管理方針,將德(de)育工作(zuo)擺在學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)各(ge)項管理工作(zuo)的(de)首(shou)位,不(bu)斷拓寬德(de)育渠道,形成了學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、家庭(ting)、社(she)會三位一體的(de)德(de)育教育網絡。
學校(xiao)建立了德(de)(de)育領導機構(gou),成立了以校(xiao)長為組長的(de)(de)德(de)(de)育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領導小組。明(ming)確(que)分工(gong)(gong)(gong),落實(shi)責任(ren),強化管理(li),定(ding)期召(zhao)開德(de)(de)育會(hui),探(tan)討工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方法(fa),研究工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)策略,落實(shi)計(ji)劃(hua),匯報工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。加強班主任(ren)隊伍建設,提高班主任(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責任(ren)心和管理(li)藝(yi)術(shu),定(ding)期舉行班主任(ren)例會(hui),有計(ji)劃(hua)、有重(zhong)點地進行培訓,舉行班主任(ren)能(neng)力(li)(li)大賽,推(tui)進教(jiao)育不斷創新(xin)。重(zhong)視班團(tuan)(tuan)干(gan)部的(de)(de)培養,培養了一批(pi)以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、樂于奉獻、精干(gan)得(de)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)團(tuan)(tuan)員干(gan)部和學生(sheng)會(hui)干(gan)部。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)依據德(de)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程(cheng)標(biao)準(zhun),積(ji)極(ji)開發(fa)(fa)德(de)育(yu)(yu)校(xiao)本(ben)課(ke)程(cheng),在上級(ji)專家指導下,結(jie)合學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)及周邊(bian)實(shi)(shi)際,積(ji)極(ji)開展德(de)育(yu)(yu)校(xiao)本(ben)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)開發(fa)(fa),目前已經編(bian)印了《走進長安》《引(yin)鎮(zhen)(zhen)擷萃》《入學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)材》《法(fa)制教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)材》《安全教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)材》《中學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文明禮儀(yi)教(jiao)材》《課(ke)本(ben)劇劇本(ben)匯編(bian)》《國學(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本(ben)教(jiao)材(論(lun)語上)》等校(xiao)本(ben)教(jiao)材,并投(tou)入使(shi)用。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)配備(bei)適合學(xue)(xue)(xue)生閱讀的(de)德(de)育(yu)(yu)圖書及音響材料,有利于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生身心健康的(de)娛樂設(she)備(bei)、設(she)施(shi),積(ji)極(ji)組織社會實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)活(huo)動。確立“韋兆春雷苗圃”和“引(yin)鎮(zhen)(zhen)成(cheng)套儀(yi)器廠”為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)德(de)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)基(ji)地,經常組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)生到(dao)基(ji)地參加(jia)社會實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)活(huo)動,增強學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)能力(li)。
