新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)中學位于新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)市文(wen)廟街27號,歷史(shi)上這里曾經是(shi)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)縣文(wen)廟、新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)“平陽書院(yuan)”所在地(di),是(shi)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)一中老(lao)校區(qu)。這個地(di)方辦學歷史(shi)悠久,文(wen)化(hua)源遠流長,是(shi)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)人民心目中的(de)文(wen)化(hua)圣地(di)。
在(zai)這個校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)址,建(jian)設(she)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)成立(li)后新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰的(de)第一處(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。1952年(nian)秋(qiu),泰安地(di)區專署(shu)決定,在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰城(cheng)區文(wen)廟(miao)舊址上建(jian)設(she)一處(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),命名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1956年(nian),泰安地(di)區行署(shu)決定在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰再(zai)建(jian)兩處(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)遂(sui)更名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰第一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。1991年(nian),新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)順利通(tong)過了山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)府校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)舍改造達標(biao)驗(yan)收(shou),并(bing)于1993年(nian)成為(wei)(wei)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級規范(fan)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。 2007年(nian)8月(yue),原新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰五(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)四處(chu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合并(bing)成新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)“新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)泰一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,整體(ti)搬(ban)遷到青云湖畔(pan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。在(zai)各級領導的(de)關心支持和全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師生的(de)共同努力下(xia),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后獲得山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)明單位、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)規范(fan)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)示(shi)范(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)基(ji)礎(chu)教育先進單位、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)先進基(ji)層黨(dang)組織、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)衛生文(wen)明單位和山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)傳統體(ti)育項目(mu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)等(deng)榮(rong)譽(yu)稱號。
2012年7月,為(wei)更好(hao)的(de)普及高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)段(duan)教(jiao)育,滿(man)足廣大群眾(zhong)對高質量高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育需求,經(jing)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)安市編辦泰(tai)(tai)(tai)編辦〔2012〕49號文件(jian)和(he)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)市機構(gou)編制委員會新(xin)(xin)編發〔2012〕14號文件(jian)批復,從(cong)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分出一(yi)部分教(jiao)育教(jiao)學資源(yuan),新(xin)(xin)投資400余萬元,按省級規范(fan)化學校標準配置,在(zai)新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老校區重新(xin)(xin)設立新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學。
新泰(tai)中學占地(di)面積(ji)68936.3平方(fang)(fang)米,建(jian)(jian)筑面積(ji)46534平方(fang)(fang)米,生均建(jian)(jian)筑面積(ji)17.1平方(fang)(fang)米。

5、加強學(xue)生管理(li),讓學(xue)生健康幸福成長。構建完善的(de)學(xue)生教育(yu)體系,建立健全德育(yu)工作機構,完善德育(yu)工作各項流程(cheng)。每周堅持升旗儀式,舉行(xing)國旗下的(de)演(yan)講活(huo)動(dong)。培養(yang)學(xue)生說(shuo)普通(tong)話,寫(xie)規范字。開展書(shu)香校園(yuan)活(huo)動(dong),組織讀書(shu)報告(gao)會(hui)、演(yan)講比賽(sai)、辯論會(hui)等,引導學(xue)生多(duo)讀書(shu)、讀好書(shu)。

6、加強教(jiao)科研管理,提升教(jiao)師的工(gong)(gong)作能(neng)力。一(yi)是抓好(hao)常規教(jiao)研工(gong)(gong)作,教(jiao)研工(gong)(gong)作做到一(yi)周(zhou)一(yi)計劃、一(yi)周(zhou)一(yi)落實(shi)。每周(zhou)安排一(yi)次集體備課(ke)(ke),每個(ge)備課(ke)(ke)組一(yi)周(zhou)至少安排一(yi)次研討(tao)課(ke)(ke),聽課(ke)(ke)后(hou)及時評課(ke)(ke)。每學期(qi)還有(you)教(jiao)師優質課(ke)(ke)比賽,加強課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)觀摩(mo)和磨課(ke)(ke)活動,提高課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)學的效益。二(er)是抓好(hao)課(ke)(ke)題研究(jiu)(jiu)。本著(zhu)問(wen)題即課(ke)(ke)題的原則,引導老師們(men)進行微課(ke)(ke)題研究(jiu)(jiu),解決工(gong)(gong)作中的實(shi)際問(wen)題。我校教(jiao)師有(you)多篇(pian)論文在刊(kan)物上發(fa)表(biao)。
7、加強(qiang)(qiang)安(an)(an)全管理,建設平安(an)(an)校(xiao)園。加強(qiang)(qiang)對(dui)學生的安(an)(an)全教育(yu),利用(yong)校(xiao)會(hui)(hui)、主題(ti)(ti)班會(hui)(hui)及專題(ti)(ti)講座(zuo)等形式,對(dui)學生進(jin)行防(fang)(fang)(fang)火、防(fang)(fang)(fang)盜、防(fang)(fang)(fang)溺水、用(yong)電、交通等安(an)(an)全教育(yu)。落實安(an)(an)全責(ze)任制(zhi),定期進(jin)行安(an)(an)全檢查(cha),消除(chu)安(an)(an)全隱患。制(zhi)定各(ge)項安(an)(an)全應急預案,定期舉行消防(fang)(fang)(fang)演練,防(fang)(fang)(fang)震演練,增強(qiang)(qiang)了學生的安(an)(an)全意(yi)識和自(zi)救、自(zi)護能力。
8、加強后(hou)勤管理,提供物(wu)質(zhi)保(bao)障。總務處每天對校(xiao)舍(she)和(he)教學設施設備進(jin)行檢查(cha),及(ji)(ji)時(shi)維修,及(ji)(ji)時(shi)排除(chu)故(gu)障,及(ji)(ji)時(shi)補充教育(yu)教學用品(pin),保(bao)證教育(yu)教學正常開展(zhan)。不斷改善(shan)師(shi)生(sheng)的就餐條件,定期(qi)邀請(qing)疾病(bing)防控部(bu)門到(dao)學校(xiao)指導工作,保(bao)證飲食衛生(sheng)。

新泰中學(xue)(xue)位于市中心,地勢較高(gao),交通(tong)便利,校園布(bu)局合(he)理,周邊無污染源和高(gao)層建(jian)筑,校門遠離城區主干道。從去年以來(lai),學(xue)(xue)校積極(ji)對校舍進行(xing)維修(xiu)、改(gai)造,更新教學(xue)(xue)設(she)(she)施,學(xue)(xue)校面貌煥(huan)然(ran)一(yi)新,設(she)(she)施設(she)(she)備(bei)達到(dao)標準化要求。
