學(xue)校(xiao)簡介我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)創辦于1940年(nian)2月。 1978年(nian)4月,被(bei)福(fu)建省(sheng)(sheng)教育廳(ting)確定(ding)為(wei)全省(sheng)(sheng)17所重點(dian)中(zhong)學(xue)之(zhi)一(yi),并定(ding)名為(wei)“福(fu)建省(sheng)(sheng)寧(ning)德第一(yi)中(zhong)學(xue)”。 2006年(nian)4月被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)省(sheng)(sheng)“一(yi)級達標學(xue)校(xiao)”。1999年(nian)秋開始向獨立高中(zhong)設置過渡,2001年(nian)秋轉制為(wei)高級中(zhong)學(xue)。2016年(nian),我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)福(fu)建省(sheng)(sheng)普通(tong)高中(zhong)課(ke)程改(gai)革基地校(xiao)。

我校秉持“一(yi)(yi)切為(wei)了學生發(fa)展,一(yi)(yi)切為(wei)了學校發(fa)展”的辦學理念,培(pei)育和踐行社會主義核心(xin)價值(zhi)觀,創建(jian)平安和諧校園。全(quan)體教職員工發(fa)揚“講(jiang)團結(jie)、講(jiang)奉獻、講(jiang)拼搏”的寧德一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)精(jing)神(shen),齊心(xin)協力,為(wei)把我校建(jian)設成“功能齊全(quan),設施好,管理科(ke)學,師資精(jing)良,質(zhi)量上乘的示范性高級中(zhong)學”而(er)努力奮斗。

學(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)展,需要具備(bei)扎(zha)扎(zha)實實的(de)物質基礎和良好的(de)外部條(tiao)件(jian),但(dan)真正決定學(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)展的(de)是正確的(de)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)思(si)想(xiang)和先進(jin)的(de)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)理念。
面(mian)向(xiang)(xiang)21世紀,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)出了(le)要把(ba)寧德(de)一中建成(cheng)一所“功能齊全、設施(shi)好、管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、師(shi)(shi)資精(jing)良(liang)、質(zhi)(zhi)量上乘的(de)示范(fan)性高(gao)級中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”的(de)奮斗目(mu)標。為(wei)早(zao)日實(shi)現(xian)這(zhe)一目(mu)標,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)確定(ding)了(le)“以人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本、以校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)本、關(guan)愛生命、關(guan)注發展”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)(li)(li)念(nian),明確了(le)“以德(de)立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、依法治校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、科研興校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、形成(cheng)特(te)色、爭創(chuang)名校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”的(de)治校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)方略(lve)和“封(feng)閉式(shi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、開(kai)放式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、立(li)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)”的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)思路(lu)(lu),以“德(de)智雙(shuang)全、文理(li)(li)(li)兼通(tong)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)創(chuang)俱能、身心兩健”為(wei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)目(mu)標,形成(cheng)良(liang)好的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風(feng)、教(jiao)(jiao)風(feng)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)屢創(chuang)佳績。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)一系列(lie)深(shen)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)改革、實(shi)施(shi)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi),組織全體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)開(kai)展教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)思想(xiang)、教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)和教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)法規的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),進(jin)一步提(ti)高(gao)了(le)全體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)對推進(jin)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)再認識,促(cu)進(jin)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)研教(jiao)(jiao)改活動的(de)深(shen)入開(kai)展,使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量穩步提(ti)高(gao),素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)碩果累累。為(wei)了(le)實(shi)現(xian)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)目(mu)標,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本著“向(xiang)(xiang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)要秩序,向(xiang)(xiang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)要效率,向(xiang)(xiang)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)要質(zhi)(zhi)量”的(de)基(ji)本思路(lu)(lu),初步形成(cheng)了(le)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)化(hua)(hua)、規范(fan)化(hua)(hua)、制(zhi)度(du)化(hua)(hua)和現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系,基(ji)本實(shi)現(xian)了(le)從粗(cu)放型(xing)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)向(xiang)(xiang)精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)轉變,從傳統經驗型(xing)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)向(xiang)(xiang)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)民主型(xing)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)轉變。

德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)是學校(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的的生命線,是治校(xiao)之本(ben)、強校(xiao)之基。我校(xiao)堅持育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人為本(ben),德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)首位,德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)既扎扎實(shi)實(shi),又與時俱(ju)進,不斷創新,形成了學校(xiao)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)良性循環的基本(ben)局面,并摸索出“一、二、 三(san)、四(si)”的德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)基本(ben)思路(lu)。
