上海交通(tong)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)創建(jian)于(yu)1896年(nian),同(tong)年(nian)建(jian)成一個圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)室(shi),1919年(nian)建(jian)成獨立的(de)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大樓。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)提出“主(zhu)動(dong)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)、智(zhi)能(neng)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu);一站式(shi)、自助式(shi);個性化(hua)(hua)、人(ren)性化(hua)(hua)”的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)宗旨,創建(jian)“資(zi)料隨手可得,信息共享空間(jian)(jian);咨詢(xun)無(wu)處不(bu)在,館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)員走進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke);技術(shu)支撐服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),科(ke)(ke)研推進(jin)發展”的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)理念(nian),以學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)線(xian),使(shi)位(wei)于(yu)閔行、徐匯(hui)(hui)和(he)黃浦三(san)大校區(qu)的(de)五(wu)所圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)形成多分館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)協(xie)同(tong)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)模式(shi),將圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“以人(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)本(ben),讀者之家;知識服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),第二課堂;信息主(zhu)導,共享空間(jian)(jian)”。推行“藏、查、借、閱(yue)、參(can)”一體(ti)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機制(zhi),注重信息素養教育,傳(chuan)承(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)精髓,弘揚(yang)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua),積極(ji)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),主(zhu)動(dong)發揮學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)交流(liu)中(zhong)心、知識加工中(zhong)心和(he)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)承(cheng)中(zhong)心的(de)作用。各個圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)分別為(wei)(wei)(wei):新(xin)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),定(ding)(ding)位(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“理工生(sheng)醫農科(ke)(ke)綜合館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”;包玉剛圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“人(ren)文(wen)社科(ke)(ke)綜合館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”;徐匯(hui)(hui)校區(qu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“社科(ke)(ke)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”;醫學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“醫學(xue)(xue)(xue)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)”。至(zhi)此圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)總面積約為(wei)(wei)(wei)6.17萬(wan)(wan)平米(mi),閱(yue)覽(lan)座位(wei)6200余(yu)席。至(zhi)2017年(nian)底,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏紙質文(wen)獻(xian)338萬(wan)(wan)冊(ce),期(qi)刊(kan)7500余(yu)種(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)子期(qi)刊(kan)5.78萬(wan)(wan)種(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)子圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)306.75萬(wan)(wan)種(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)論文(wen)409.43萬(wan)(wan)種(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)子數據庫(ku)428個,此外,多媒體(ti)資(zi)源(yuan)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏總量達4.51萬(wan)(wan)種(zhong)(zhong)、16.5TB。支持通(tong)過網(wang)絡24×7的(de)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏目錄(lu)、電(dian)(dian)子文(wen)獻(xian)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)際(ji)互借、參(can)考咨詢(xun)、文(wen)獻(xian)征訂、新(xin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)刊(kan)報(bao)道等服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)。
上(shang)(shang)海(hai)交通(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)國際圖(tu)(tu)聯(IFLA)成員館(guan)(guan),并(bing)與國內主要圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、信息(xi)(xi)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)美、英、港澳(ao)臺等(deng)(deng)國家(jia)(jia)和(he)地(di)區圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)建立(li)了(le)廣泛的(de)合作(zuo)關(guan)系(xi),在交通(tong)、材料(liao)、機電(dian)、能(neng)源、信息(xi)(xi)、管理及農業等(deng)(deng)學(xue)(xue)科領域(yu)形成館(guan)(guan)藏文(wen)獻(xian)特色,同時緊跟學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)科發展政策,加大(da)力度(du)進(jin)行人文(wen)社科類館(guan)(guan)藏資(zi)源的(de)建設,努(nu)力成為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)學(xue)(xue)習資(zi)源中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)信息(xi)(xi)共享中(zhong)心(xin)。上(shang)(shang)海(hai)交通(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)承擔中(zhong)國高(gao)等(deng)(deng)教育文(wen)獻(xian)保障系(xi)統(CALIS)華東南地(di)區中(zhong)心(xin)、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)市高(gao)等(deng)(deng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)情報工(gong)作(zuo)委員會秘(mi)書(shu)處、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)教育網絡圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)管理中(zhong)心(xin)、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)中(zhong)心(xin)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)交大(da)分館(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)職責(ze),同時,是(shi)具有國家(jia)(jia)教育部和(he)上(shang)(shang)海(hai)市科委雙重資(zi)質(zhi)的(de)科技查新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)站。
上(shang)海交通(tong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館通(tong)過(guo)合(he)理配置和協調資源(yuan),引進(jin)理念與服務技術(shu)(shu),為(wei)師生提供良好的(de)書(shu)刊(kan)資源(yuan)以及知識(shi)服務支(zhi)撐平臺(tai),并努力成為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)高(gao)質量的(de)文(wen)獻(xian)信息服務中(zhong)心、高(gao)水平的(de)信息咨(zi)詢中(zhong)心和精神(shen)文(wen)明(ming)建(jian)設基地。上(shang)海交通(tong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)發展(zhan)愿景(jing)是:通(tong)過(guo)建(jian)設國際化、開放性(xing)、綜合(he)性(xing)和研究型(xing)的(de)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)文(wen)獻(xian)信息資源(yuan)與環境,發展(zhan)數字(zi)化的(de)知識(shi)創新(xin)支(zhi)撐服務體系(xi)和平臺(tai),使上(shang)海交通(tong)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館成為(wei)校(xiao)園中(zhong)為(wei)理想的(de)“學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)交流中(zhong)心、知識(shi)加工中(zhong)心和文(wen)化傳承中(zhong)心”的(de)集成有機體,助(zhu)力全校(xiao)教(jiao)、學(xue)(xue)和科學(xue)(xue)研究的(de)不斷發展(zhan),建(jian)成智慧型(xing)世界大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館。
第(di)一條校內(nei)讀(du)者(zhe)憑圖(tu)書(shu)館認(ren)可的本人(ren)有效證件經(jing)入(ru)口進(jin)入(ru)圖(tu)書(shu)館;
第二條校外讀者來我館(guan)查閱文獻(xian),須憑本人有效證件(jian)到圖(tu)書館(guan)總咨詢服務臺(tai)辦理相關手續;
第三條讀(du)者入館應衣著端莊整潔,舉止文(wen)明禮貌。
第四條讀者應保(bao)持(chi)圖書館(guan)安全、安靜、整(zheng)潔。禁(jin)止在館(guan)內吸煙,禁(jin)止攜(xie)帶危險品入館(guan);禁(jin)止攜(xie)帶個人寵物入館(guan);禁(jin)止將食物及無蓋飲料(liao)帶入閱(yue)覽室;禁(jin)止大聲喧嘩、隨地吐痰、亂(luan)丟雜物;
第五(wu)條讀者應加強公德意識,禁止用物品占(zhan)用閱覽席位;
第六(liu)條讀(du)者如遇困難或有特殊需(xu)要,應隨時(shi)與管理(li)人(ren)員聯(lian)系;
第(di)七條讀者應愛護(hu)所有公物,禁止涂(tu)劃、撕毀、藏匿書刊;
第八條禁(jin)止攜帶未辦理借閱(yue)手續的圖書/期刊出館;出入圖書館通道時,如遇監測器報警,請自覺配(pei)合管理人員的檢查工作(zuo);
第九條未(wei)經圖(tu)書館行(xing)政辦公室同意(yi),禁(jin)止在館內(nei)隨(sui)意(yi)張貼各類海報,或使用個人攜帶(dai)的設(she)備進(jin)行(xing)攝像、攝影(ying)及其他(ta)活(huo)動;
第十條對違反上述(shu)規定者,將(jiang)由圖(tu)書館予以(yi)批(pi)評教(jiao)育,情節嚴(yan)重者報學校給予處分。
1、圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)借閱(yue)證(zheng)包括(kuo):有效的(de)上(shang)海(hai)交(jiao)通大學校園一卡通,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)發放的(de)有效期限內的(de)各類借書證(zheng)和(he)閱(yue)覽證(zheng)。有效的(de)借閱(yue)證(zheng)是讀者(zhe)進入(ru)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)以及在館(guan)(guan)內借閱(yue)文獻,使用圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)文獻信息資(zi)源的(de)憑證(zheng),讀者(zhe)進入(ru)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)時應隨身攜帶,刷卡進入(ru)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan),并按(an)規定使用;
2、借閱證只(zhi)限本人使用(yong),不得(de)轉借他人。借用(yong)或冒(mao)用(yong)他人借閱證,一經(jing)發現(xian)即扣留該證,并視不同情況處以1-6個月禁止借書;
3、如校園(yuan)一卡通(tong)(tong)遺失,應立即到學校一卡通(tong)(tong)中心辦理掛(gua)失或補辦;圖書館發(fa)放的(de)借書證(zheng)(zheng)或閱覽(lan)證(zheng)(zheng)丟(diu)失,憑有(you)效證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)到圖書館總服務臺證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian)管理處辦理掛(gua)失手(shou)續并補辦證(zheng)(zheng)件(jian);
4、借閱證(zheng)掛失前所(suo)有被借圖(tu)書由該(gai)證(zheng)所(suo)有人負責,補辦新證(zheng)后原證(zheng)自動作廢;
5、讀者離校時,應將所(suo)借(jie)圖(tu)書(shu)館所(suo)有文獻歸還圖(tu)書(shu)館,并(bing)結清各類欠款。如有圖(tu)書(shu)遺失(shi)等情(qing)況(kuang),須按章賠償。
