1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)畢業于長春地質學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)巖礦(kuang)分析(xi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(現吉林大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue))獲(huo)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)士學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位,后在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)海洋研究(jiu)所獲(huo)海洋化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業碩士和海洋地球(qiu)化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業博(bo)士學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位。1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),他被中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)組織(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)人(ren)(ren)事部(bu)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)科協(xie)授予(yu)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科技(ji)(ji)獎”,同(tong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)獲(huo)山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)委組織(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)、山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)人(ren)(ren)事廳、省(sheng)科協(xie)授予(yu)的(de)“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科技(ji)(ji)獎”,1999年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)獲(huo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)杰(jie)出(chu)(chu)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基金、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)(yuan)政(zheng)府特殊津貼(tie),同(tong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)委、市(shi)政(zheng)府評為“青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術、工(gong)程技(ji)(ji)術帶頭人(ren)(ren)”。2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),他入選(xuan)(xuan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)“百(bai)(bai)人(ren)(ren)計(ji)劃”、當選(xuan)(xuan)“青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)十(shi)大杰(jie)出(chu)(chu)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),入選(xuan)(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)首批科技(ji)(ji)將才(cai)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項計(ji)劃,當選(xuan)(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)(ji)術拔尖人(ren)(ren)才(cai)。2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),入選(xuan)(xuan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)百(bai)(bai)千萬人(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)程國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)級(ji)人(ren)(ren)選(xuan)(xuan),當選(xuan)(xuan)山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)首屆(jie)研究(jiu)生優秀導(dao)師(shi)。2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)當選(xuan)(xuan)山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)有突(tu)出(chu)(chu)貢(gong)獻的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)再(zai)次當選(xuan)(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業技(ji)(ji)術拔尖人(ren)(ren)才(cai)。2002-2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)以高級(ji)訪(fang)問學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者身份在University of British Columbia進行合作研究(jiu),留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)加拿大。
