福(fu)(fu)(fu)州延(yan)安中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)面(mian)朝孔(kong)廟,背枕朱紫坊,自古衣(yi)冠藪澤,人(ren)(ren)文薈萃(cui)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創辦于1927年(nian)(nian),前身是教育家鐘道贊(zan)博士(shi)創辦的省(sheng)立(li)福(fu)(fu)(fu)州職業學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),此后,曾易名為省(sheng)立(li)福(fu)(fu)(fu)州家事學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(1936)、省(sheng)立(li)女中(zhong)(1947)、市(shi)一女中(zhong)(1952),至1969年(nian)(nian)5月方(fang)定名為福(fu)(fu)(fu)州延(yan)安中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue),現為福(fu)(fu)(fu)州市(shi)鼓(gu)樓區屬(公(gong)立(li))九年(nian)(nian)一貫制學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),福(fu)(fu)(fu)建省(sheng)二級(ji)達標高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong),有小學(xue)(xue)(xue)部、初(chu)中(zhong)部、高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)部十二個(ge)年(nian)(nian)段74個(ge)班,三千多名學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,教職員工248人(ren)(ren),其(qi)中(zhong),特級(ji)教師(shi)1人(ren)(ren),高(gao)(gao)(gao)級(ji)教師(shi)31人(ren)(ren),一級(ji)教師(shi)97人(ren)(ren),在(zai)職黨員130人(ren)(ren)。
弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen),德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)特色顯著(zhu)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將(jiang)弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)切入點(dian)和(he)結合點(dian),提出 “做延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)人(ren),鑄民(min)(min)族魂”、“走(zou)進(jin)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)門(men),就是(shi)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)人(ren)”、“走(zou)出延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)門(men),還是(shi)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)人(ren)”等(deng)系(xi)列口號, 編寫《弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)》、《聯花落(luo)》、《圖(tu)說好習慣(guan)》等(deng)校(xiao)(xiao)本教(jiao)材,溶入社(she)會主義核心(xin)價(jia)值體系(xi),拓展延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)時代(dai)內涵,開展以弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)和(he)傳承(cheng)(cheng)儒家文(wen)化(hua)為主線的(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)活動,形成鮮明的(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)特色,得(de)到了(le)(le)各級(ji)領導的(de)肯定(ding)。人(ren)民(min)(min)日(ri)報(bao)、中央電視(shi)臺(tai)(tai)、中國(guo)(guo)(guo)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)報(bao)等(deng)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內多家新(xin)(xin)聞(wen)媒體都曾對學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)予(yu)以專題報(bao)道,并把學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)作(zuo)為公民(min)(min)道德(de)(de)建設的(de)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳典型(xing)向全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)推出,李鵬、陳慕華等(deng)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家領導人(ren)先后為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)題詞。2004年1月(yue)王金石校(xiao)(xiao)長赴京參加全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議,并在(zai)(zai)會上(shang)向全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)發出了(le)(le)“弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen),用延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)培養(yang)一代(dai)新(xin)(xin)人(ren)”的(de)倡議,時任教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部周濟部長充分(fen)肯定(ding)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)“在(zai)(zai)弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)方面已經先走(zou)了(le)(le)一步(bu),做了(le)(le)不少工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)(zai)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)帶了(le)(le)個(ge)好頭(tou),希望你們再接再厲。”2004年5月(yue)中共(gong)(gong)(gong)中央政治局委員(yuan)、書(shu)(shu)記(ji)處書(shu)(shu)記(ji)、中宣(xuan)(xuan)部部長劉(liu)(liu)云山親(qin)臨學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)視(shi)察,臨行(xing)前,劉(liu)(liu)部長說:“延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)(zai)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)中共(gong)(gong)(gong)中央、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院文(wen)件(jian),落(luo)實(shi)胡錦濤(tao)總(zong)書(shu)(shu)記(ji)重(zhong)要(yao)講(jiang)話(hua)的(de)精神(shen)(shen)方面,在(zai)(zai)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)起示范作(zuo)用,起帶頭(tou)作(zuo)用,在(zai)(zai)思想道德(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)方面成為與(yu)(yu)時俱進(jin),不斷創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)典型(xing)。”2007年9月(yue)30日(ri),溫家寶總(zong)理在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)師生(sheng)(sheng)聯名(ming)寫給他(ta)的(de)匯(hui)報(bao)信上(shang)做了(le)(le)重(zhong)要(yao)批示:“希望學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發揚(yang)光榮傳統,取得(de)更大(da)(da)進(jin)步(bu)。” 11月(yue)12日(ri),政治局委員(yuan)、中宣(xuan)(xuan)部部長劉(liu)(liu)云山也給學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)兩(liang)位學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表復(fu)信,祝賀(he)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)八十周年校(xiao)(xiao)慶和(he)取得(de)的(de)巨大(da)(da)成就,并勉勵我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)師生(sheng)(sheng)百尺(chi)竿頭(tou)更進(jin)一步(bu),為祖國(guo)(guo)(guo)培養(yang)更多合格的(de)接班人(ren)。2012年12月(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)與(yu)(yu)陜西延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)、上(shang)海延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)借(jie)助網絡平臺(tai)(tai),三(san)地同步(bu),共(gong)(gong)(gong)開一堂別開生(sheng)(sheng)面的(de)班會課,三(san)地延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)師生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)手相牽,為傳承(cheng)(cheng)延(yan)(yan)安(an)(an)(an)精神(shen)(shen)再譜新(xin)(xin)篇。
轉知成智,化(hua)識為(wei)能,不懈探索(suo),不斷創(chuang)新。近(jin)年(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)改革取得(de)了(le)豐碩的(de)(de)成果。根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色,構(gou)建了(le)以學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)類課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)主,綜(zong)合實踐活動(dong)類課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)輔(fu),國家課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、地(di)方課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)(ben)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)開放式課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi),目前各(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)相(xiang)繼完成校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)材編寫,全校(xiao)已開設(she)五十多門校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)(ben)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),如《延安精神永放光芒》、《儒(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)孔(kong)廟》等,我校(xiao)更在(zai)全國首創(chuang)了(le)《智力開發課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,并(bing)(bing)有(you)智力開發課(ke)(ke)專職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師,一本(ben)(ben)(ben)獨創(chuang)的(de)(de)與(yu)該課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)配套的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)材《玩數(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)》正在(zai)完稿(gao)。獨具創(chuang)新的(de)(de)德育(yu)課(ke)(ke)題(ti)“好習慣伴(ban)我成長”系(xi)列活動(dong)也正在(zai)有(you)條不紊鋪(pu)展開來。特別值得(de)一提的(de)(de)是(shi)我校(xiao)資(zi)優班(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)開設(she),該班(ban)(ban)生源為(wei)初中(zhong)各(ge)年(nian)段(duan)品學(xue)(xue)(xue)兼(jian)優的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,目標是(shi)培養具有(you)國際視野的(de)(de)未(wei)來精英(ying)人才,為(wei)此,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特別開設(she)了(le)智力開發課(ke)(ke)、國學(xue)(xue)(xue)欣賞課(ke)(ke)等課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),并(bing)(bing)聘請(qing)了(le)外教(jiao)(jiao)教(jiao)(jiao)授英(ying)語口語。
博采眾(zhong)長(chang)(chang)(chang),共(gong)享資源,構建兩(liang)岸(an)(an)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)文(wen)化交(jiao)流(liu)圈(quan)。長(chang)(chang)(chang)期以(yi)(yi)來(lai),我校(xiao)在教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)重校(xiao)際(ji)交(jiao)流(liu),與臺北成功高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)等地市的(de)兄弟(di)學(xue)校(xiao)結成協(xie)作、共(gong)建關系,開(kai)展主題研(yan)討(tao)、送教(jiao)下(xia)鄉等活動(dong);牽頭成立(li)了(le)全國延安中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)協(xie)作會,開(kai)展新時期德育工作研(yan)究;2009年以(yi)(yi)來(lai),兩(liang)岸(an)(an)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)孔子文(wen)化研(yan)究協(xie)作校(xiao)首屆年會、兩(liang)岸(an)(an)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)生研(yan)究性(xing)學(xue)習交(jiao)流(liu)活動(dong)、兩(liang)岸(an)(an)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)資優生培養研(yan)討(tao)會先(xian)后在我校(xiao)舉辦,兩(liang)岸(an)(an)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)理念、教(jiao)學(xue)文(wen)化、教(jiao)學(xue)風格、教(jiao)學(xue)手段(duan)得(de)到(dao)(dao)充分(fen)的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)碰撞,促(cu)進了(le)教(jiao)師專(zhuan)業成長(chang)(chang)(chang)。臺灣散(san)文(wen)家(jia)張曉風、詩人(ren)鄭愁予(yu)、蝴蝶博物館創辦者陳維(wei)壽老先(xian)生先(xian)后應邀到(dao)(dao)校(xiao)做精彩演講或(huo)授課,“名家(jia)進校(xiao)園”提升了(le)我校(xiao)書香(xiang)校(xiao)園創建工作的(de)層次。
校(xiao)園建(jian)設如(ru)火如(ru)荼(tu),校(xiao)園面(mian)貌日新月異。鼓(gu)樓區委區政府一向(xiang)重視我(wo)校(xiao)建(jian)設與發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),經常下(xia)校(xiao)調研,指導(dao)工作(zuo),并根據學(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)需(xu)求為(wei)我(wo)校(xiao)的基礎建(jian)設投入大(da)量資金。當(dang)前,為(wei)滿足學(xue)生活(huo)動場所需(xu)求,區委區政府投入約4100萬元建(jian)設我(wo)校(xiao)地下(xia)操場項(xiang)目(mu);一座(zuo)富有(you)福州傳統庭(ting)院建(jian)筑韻味的新圖書(shu)館已完成設計,其建(jian)成將為(wei)朱紫(zi)坊保護區增添書(shu)香文采;學(xue)校(xiao)的西(xi)部校(xiao)區立項(xiang)、規(gui)劃、設計正在緊鑼密鼓(gu)進行中(zhong),該項(xiang)目(mu)的完成必將為(wei)我(wo)校(xiao)的發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)注入新的活(huo)力。
