武(wu)(wu)昌區中(zhong)山路小學(xue)位于全(quan)國交(jiao)通(tong)樞紐(niu)——武(wu)(wu)昌站(zhan)北側,其前身是1960年創(chuang)辦的(de)軍區子弟全(quan)寄宿學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),1962年改為原總字151子弟學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。1965年交(jiao)地方管理,并啟用現名。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以教學(xue)嚴謹、教學(xue)質量高而聞名。1989年經過全(quan)面規化(hua),建成(cheng)一座飛機形教學(xue)大樓和一座現代(dai)化(hua)的(de)體育(yu)館,擁有多媒體教室和先進(jin)的(de)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)閉路電(dian)視(shi)系統(tong)。
現有在職教工90多人,學(xue)生1600多人。40余年來(lai),經(jing)過幾代人的(de)共(gong)同努(nu)力,學(xue)校(xiao)逐步形成“鑄精(jing)神、揚主體、創(chuang)特色、重創(chuang)新(xin)”的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)思想,辦(ban)學(xue)水平不斷提高。
中(zhong)山路(lu)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)長期堅持走(zou)科(ke)研興校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)之路(lu)。八十年代(dai)進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)以(yi)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)兒線索(suo)組成,形(xing)成縱橫聯系(xi),相互滲透的(de)(de)(de)“井”字形(xing)網(wang)絡式(shi)結構。九十年代(dai)中(zhong)后(hou)期進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)二輪整體(ti)改(gai)革實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),以(yi)“優(you)化(hua)(hua)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動(dong),促進學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing)發(fa)展”為(wei)(wei)題(ti)開(kai)(kai)展研究(jiu),以(yi)主(zhu)體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理(li)念為(wei)(wei)指導,以(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)班為(wei)(wei)依托,以(yi)綜(zong)合(he)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)探(tan)索(suo)為(wei)(wei)突(tu)破(po)口開(kai)(kai)展實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。形(xing)成“主(zhu)體(ti)參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)——合(he)作(zuo)探(tan)究(jiu)”的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi),其基本流程是(shi)“創(chuang)設情(qing)境 準備參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)――揭(jie)示目標(biao) 主(zhu)體(ti)參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)――巡視指導、合(he)作(zuo)探(tan)究(jiu)――組織交(jiao)流 體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)成功――評價激(ji)勵(li) 引(yin)(yin)申創(chuang)造”。該(gai)模(mo)式(shi)是(shi)在承認學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)是(shi)學(xue)習(xi)活(huo)動(dong)主(zhu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)前提下(xia)(xia),發(fa)揮學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)體(ti)作(zuo)用,引(yin)(yin)導他(ta)們(men)積極參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)全(quan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程,在主(zhu)動(dong)參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之間的(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)往和溝通,進而引(yin)(yin)導他(ta)們(men)合(he)作(zuo)探(tan)究(jiu)認知(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)成過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程,使學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)由外向(xiang)動(dong)機朝內向(xiang)動(dong)機轉化(hua)(hua),并啟發(fa)創(chuang)造性(xing),以(yi)達到(dao)優(you)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程,提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實(shi)(shi)(shi)效的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)識、能力和個(ge)性(xing)得到(dao)了(le)全(quan)面的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展,師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)關系(xi)和感情(qing)更加融洽,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)體(ti)意識得到(dao)了(le)培養。學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)上課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)興趣(qu)濃厚,思(si)維(wei)活(huo)躍,敢(gan)于辯(bian)論,課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)動(dong)活(huo)潑,高潮疊起,充(chong)滿(man)激(ji)情(qing)與(yu)睿智,充(chong)滿(man)探(tan)索(suo)與(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐,煥(huan)發(fa)出生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)活(huo)力。華中(zhong)師大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授楊再隋、著名(ming)特級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師劉中(zhong)和看過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)“主(zhu)體(ti)參(can)(can)(can)與(yu)——合(he)作(zuo)探(tan)究(jiu)”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)觀摩課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)后(hou),情(qing)不自禁連聲贊嘆:“走(zou)向(xiang)闖北,見過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)很多(duo)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),給我留(liu)下(xia)(xia)最深印象(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)還是(shi)中(zhong)山路(lu)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)”。對(dui)這種教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)和該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素質給予了(le)充(chong)分肯定(ding)。著名(ming)特級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師于永正為(wei)(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)上課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)時給他(ta)們(men)取了(le)“小(xiao)(xiao)鐵嘴”、“小(xiao)(xiao)黃鶯”等(deng)雅(ya)稱。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師在實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong)還摸索(suo)了(le)多(duo)種課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)方法(fa),如活(huo)用資源(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)、分組教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)、綜(zong)合(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)、彈性(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)、體(ti)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)、交(jiao)融教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)法(fa)等(deng)等(deng),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率先成為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)南(nan)地區(qu)第(di)一個(ge)“中(zhong)國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育學(xue)會(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)基地學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,并先后(hou)被命(ming)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“湖北省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“湖北省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“武漢(han)(han)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)學(xue)研究(jiu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)基地學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”、“武昌區(qu)科(ke)研強校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”。2004年被評為(wei)(wei)武漢(han)(han)市(shi)辦學(xue)水平示范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。
中山(shan)路(lu)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)作(zuo)為武漢市(shi)體(ti)育(yu)傳(chuan)統學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),體(ti)育(yu)一(yi)直是該校(xiao)引以為榮的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo),這(zhe)主(zhu)要歸功于該校(xiao)體(ti)育(yu)組(zu)的(de)(de)四(si)位(wei)教(jiao)師(shi),這(zhe)四(si)位(wei)教(jiao)師(shi)中有特級教(jiao)師(shi)、中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)師(shi)、市(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科帶(dai)頭(tou)人一(yi)名(ming),區學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科帶(dai)頭(tou)人二名(ming),市(shi)、區優(you)秀青年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)一(yi)名(ming)。在中山(shan)校(xiao)園里,隨時(shi)可以看見學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生田(tian)徑訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)、乒乓球訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)、足球訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)等熱火(huo)朝天的(de)(de)場景。在訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)中注(zhu)(zhu)重培(pei)養隊員(yuan)的(de)(de)觀(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)能力、分(fen)(fen)析能力,讓(rang)其(qi)“帶(dai)腦”運(yun)動(dong),“鉆”進(jin)運(yun)動(dong)這(zhe)個學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)問里。在理(li)解動(dong)作(zuo)要領中,完成動(dong)作(zuo)技術(shu)要求,注(zhu)(zhu)重引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生邊(bian)實(shi)踐、邊(bian)分(fen)(fen)析體(ti)會用力方式和要領。通(tong)過淺顯、形象(xiang)地(di)比喻與(yu)演示,結合(he)人體(ti)的(de)(de)基(ji)本(ben)構(gou)造,讓(rang)他(ta)們(men)(men)領悟簡要的(de)(de)用力原理(li);通(tong)過自我體(ti)驗、相互觀(guan)察(cha)、評說、攝像(xiang)輔助(zhu)反饋(kui)等手段(duan),幫助(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生“體(ti)會——觀(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)——分(fen)(fen)析——再實(shi)踐”,讓(rang)孩子們(men)(men)理(li)解、運(yun)用技術(shu),體(ti)驗成功。在訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)堅持全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)打基(ji)礎,夯實(shi)各(ge)項(xiang)身體(ti)素(su)質(zhi),落實(shi)運(yun)動(dong)技術(shu)合(he)理(li)化(hua)、細(xi)膩(ni)化(hua)的(de)(de)訓(xun)練(lian)(lian)原則(ze)。因(yin)此,該校(xiao)隊員(yuan)不僅在小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)階段(duan)成績(ji)優(you)異(yi),而(er)且由于素(su)質(zhi)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian),技術(shu)細(xi)膩(ni),運(yun)動(dong)路(lu)程均很長(chang)遠,可挖掘(jue)潛(qian)力及擇項(xiang)面(mian)(mian)較寬(kuan)。從98至(zhi)今,該校(xiao)體(ti)育(yu)健(jian)兒(er)破(po)區、市(shi)紀錄(lu)達14項(xiang),在各(ge)級各(ge)類比賽(sai)中獲獎人數達133人次(ci)。連(lian)續四(si)年(nian)獲武昌區小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生田(tian)徑運(yun)動(dong)會團體(ti)總分(fen)(fen)第(di)一(yi)名(ming),99年(nian)以來連(lian)續三年(nian)獲武昌區冬季長(chang)跑比賽(sai)團體(ti)總分(fen)(fen)第(di)一(yi)名(ming)。95屆畢業生胡(hu)瑤(yao)瑤(yao)已(yi)多次(ci)獲全(quan)(quan)國少年(nian)組(zu)七項(xiang)全(quan)(quan)能冠軍(jun),積(ji)分(fen)(fen)排名(ming)全(quan)(quan)國第(di)四(si),現作(zuo)為國選隊員(yuan)就(jiu)讀濟南大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。
