廣州沙灣直(zhi)升機(ji)場位(wei)于廣州市(shi)番禺(yu)區沙灣古鎮附近,其凈空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)條件(jian)優(you)良,天氣良好(hao),每年可飛行(xing)的時間超過三百天以(yi)上。沙灣機(ji)場經(jing)批準(zhun)的訓練(lian)飛行(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)域范圍為(wei)番禺(yu)區范圍內(nei)高(gao)度(du)600英尺以(yi)下,緊急機(ji)動任務(wu)隨(sui)報隨(sui)飛。機(ji)場場道安(an)裝(zhuang)配備有(you)夜航設備,可晝夜飛行(xing)。主要經(jing)營內(nei)容(rong):國內(nei)外私用直(zhi)升機(ji)駕駛員執照培(pei)訓、航空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)攝影、空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)拍照、空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)廣告、空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)巡查、海洋監測、公路航測、航空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器代管業(ye)(ye)務(wu)、氣象探測、科學實驗、漁業(ye)(ye)飛行(xing)、城市(shi)消防、航空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)護林、醫(yi)療(liao)救護、防治農林業(ye)(ye)病蟲害(hai)、防治衛生害(hai)蟲、直(zhi)升機(ji)外載荷飛行(xing)以(yi)及航空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)探礦等,遇搶險救災按民用航空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)局有(you)關規定執行(xing)。
2014年沙灣機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)采納了通(tong)用(yong)航空為其定(ding)制的機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)解決方案,完成了傳統(tong)筆紙運行(xing)向通(tong)航云(yun)信息化運行(xing)的華麗轉(zhuan)身,成為全(quan)國率先進入通(tong)用(yong)航空智能化管理的機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)。在機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)內(nei)(nei)記(ji)者看(kan)到,機(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)內(nei)(nei)機(ji)聲隆隆,只見兩架小(xiao)型直升機(ji)有序起(qi)降,地勤人員(yuan)也忙著為飛機(ji)加油檢修。在機(ji)庫里一字排開的各種(zhong)樣式的直升面為近10架。
據機場負(fu)責人介紹,沙(sha)灣機場經過多年(nian)長足(zu)的發展(zhan),迎來(lai)了好“年(nian)景(jing)”。尤(you)其是“中國(guo)低空(kong)空(kong)域今(jin)年(nian)開放”,這條消息從今(jin)年(nian)年(nian)初(chu)開始(shi)一直到年(nian)底(di),終于等來(lai)了確切消息。在11月22日(ri)閉幕的全國(guo)低空(kong)空(kong)域管(guan)理(li)改革工作(zuo)會議(yi)上提出(chu),改革進入深(shen)水區和攻堅(jian)期,要(yao)以促進通航(hang)產業發展(zhan)和滿足(zu)社會公眾需求為目(mu)標,完善法規制度,最大限度盤(pan)活低空(kong)空(kong)域資源,促進通用航(hang)空(kong)產業快(kuai)速健康發展(zhan)。會議(yi)確定(ding)真(zhen)高一千(qian)米以下空(kong)域實行分(fen)類(lei)管(guan)理(li)有序放開。
