牛路嶺水庫(ku)位(wei)(wei)于萬(wan)(wan)泉河(he)干流瓊海市會(hui)山鄉境內,水庫(ku)主壩為混凝(ning)土空腹重力(li)壩,壩頂(ding)高(gao)程115.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),最大壩高(gao)90.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩頂(ding)長341.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水庫(ku)校(xiao)核(he)水位(wei)(wei)112.04米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)總庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)77790萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi);為多年調節水庫(ku),百(bai)年設計水位(wei)(wei)107.94米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)62500萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(百(bai)年洪水下泄流量(liang)7430立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao));正常水位(wei)(wei)105.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)52975萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi);死水位(wei)(wei)80.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)11255萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水庫(ku)淹沒耕(geng)地406公(gong)頃,遷移人口6220人。
水電站
牛路(lu)嶺水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站設計(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)2萬千(qian)瓦(wa)×4,采(cai)用(yong)天津發(fa)電(dian)(dian)設備(bei)廠(chang)(chang)生(sheng)產的混流機(ji)(ji)組,設計(ji)(ji)水(shui)頭61米(mi),單機(ji)(ji)流量39.0立(li)方米(mi)/秒,采(cai)用(yong)HL250-LJ-200水(shui)輪(lun)機(ji)(ji),TS425/120-20發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),設計(ji)(ji)年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量2.81億(yi)千(qian)瓦(wa)時。電(dian)(dian)站屬壩內廠(chang)(chang)房,尺寸為 68.8×13.9×28.5米(mi)(長×寬×高)。電(dian)(dian)站出線設三回(hui)110千(qian)伏(分別(bie)送瓊海、文昌、陵水(shui)與(yu)屯昌),三回(hui)35千(qian)伏。電(dian)(dian)工二次設計(ji)(ji)是(shi)根據(ju)海南(nan)區水(shui)電(dian)(dian)局與(yu)廣州電(dian)(dian)科所于1974年(nian)簽訂的在(zai)該站采(cai)用(yong)五(wu)項(xiang)新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)協議(yi)書進行,五(wu)項(xiang)新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)是(shi):弱電(dian)(dian)集控(kong)邏(luo)輯電(dian)(dian)路(lu)、靜止(zhi)可控(kong)硅(gui)勵磁裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、晶體管繼電(dian)(dian)保護、自動巡回(hui)檢測裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)產品(pin)濕熱(re)帶化試(shi)驗(yan)。
電站建設
牛路嶺(ling)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)紐是1965年(nian)(nian)全島水(shui)電(dian)(dian)規劃(hua)所選的近期開發(fa)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)之一。從1969年(nian)(nian)起,開始由海(hai)(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)(dian)設計室進行了大量選壩(ba)和初(chu)(chu)步(bu)設計的勘測工(gong)(gong)作。1973年(nian)(nian)3月,海(hai)(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)(dian)局提出《牛路嶺(ling)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)初(chu)(chu)步(bu)設計報告》:選用正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)位(wei)80米,裝機3萬(wan)千(qian)瓦,大壩(ba)采用漿砌石重力壩(ba)。1973~1975年(nian)(nian)間(jian),海(hai)(hai)南區水(shui)電(dian)(dian)局設計室補充設計工(gong)(gong)作,最后確定其樞(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)現有規模與型式。
1976年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。海(hai)南行(xing)政區(qu)(qu)政府組(zu)建牛路嶺水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站工(gong)(gong)(gong)程指(zhi)揮(hui)部(bu),區(qu)(qu)黨委副(fu)書記黃文任(ren)(ren)指(zhi)揮(hui),區(qu)(qu)農委主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)黃進修任(ren)(ren)第(di)一(yi)副(fu)指(zhi)揮(hui),區(qu)(qu)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)局(ju)(ju)副(fu)局(ju)(ju)長(chang)姜成岱任(ren)(ren)常駐工(gong)(gong)(gong)地主(zhu)(zhu)持施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)副(fu)指(zhi)揮(hui),此(ci)外,副(fu)指(zhi)揮(hui)還有(you)龔照勛、郭仁道、黃強、符氣浩、黃良(liang)超、陳(chen)永韜等,區(qu)(qu)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)局(ju)(ju)歐(ou)學(xue)濤任(ren)(ren)技術負(fu)責人。指(zhi)揮(hui)部(bu)組(zu)織以(yi)廣東(dong)省水電(dian)(dian)(dian)第(di)二(er)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程局(ju)(ju)和海(hai)南區(qu)(qu)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)(1975年(nian)(nian)(nian)在小廣壩(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站施工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui))為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu),配(pei)以(yi)部(bu)分縣水利建設(she)兵(bing)團與(yu)民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)輔的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍進行(xing)建設(she)。采用(yong)圍堰一(yi)次截流(liu),右岸設(she)導流(liu)洞方案(an)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),1號和2號機組(zu)于(yu)1979年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月試機投(tou)產;3號和4號機組(zu)分別于(yu)1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月和1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月相繼發電(dian)(dian)(dian)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程全部(bu)由(you)國家投(tou)資1.39億元。1986年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月正(zheng)式竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。
電(dian)站運行(xing)以來,各(ge)方(fang)面情況良好(hao)。年最高發電(dian)量超3億千瓦時。電(dian)工二次回(hui)路新(xin)技術運行(xing)正常,經歷1989年10月(yue)3日,高水位(107.22米(mi))考驗。
