三里坪水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站位(wei)于(yu)湖北省房(fang)縣五(wu)臺(tai)龍潭峪三里坪,是南河十三個梯級(ji)電(dian)(dian)站中的(de)第四級(ji),以(yi)防(fang)洪、發電(dian)(dian)為主,兼顧防(fang)洪、航運、水(shui)產養殖、灌溉、旅(lv)游等綜合效益的(de)國(guo)家大二型水(shui)利水(shui)電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)紐工程(cheng),是南河干流的(de)第一(yi)座較大的(de)中型水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站工程(cheng)。電(dian)(dian)站總裝機容(rong)(rong)量為70MW(2× 35MW),設計多(duo)年平均年發電(dian)(dian)量為1.8億kW×h;水(shui)庫正常蓄水(shui)位(wei)416m,相應庫容(rong)(rong)為4.99億m;大壩最大壩高141m,是國(guo)內目前已(yi)建(jian)和在建(jian)壩高最高的(de)碾壓混凝土(tu)雙曲(qu)拱壩 。
基本情況
2004年(nian)(nian)8月(yue),國家發(fa)(fa)展和改(gai)革委(wei)員會以發(fa)(fa)改(gai)農經[2004]1800號文(wen)批(pi)復(fu)了(le)該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)可行(xing)性(xing)研究報告(gao);2006年(nian)(nian),國家發(fa)(fa)展和改(gai)革委(wei)員會以發(fa)(fa)改(gai)投(tou)資[2006]1337號文(wen),核(he)定該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)初步設計(ji)概算;2007年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)湖北省水利(li)(li)廳以鄂水利(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)復(fu)[2007]253號文(wen)批(pi)復(fu)了(le)該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的初步設計(ji)報告(gao)。湖北省以鄂水利(li)(li)建復(fu)(2008)72號文(wen)下達《關于房縣(xian)三里坪(ping)水利(li)(li)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的批(pi)復(fu)》。2006年(nian)(nian)4月(yue),前期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)始(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),2009年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)主體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)始(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),2010年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)13日,大壩(ba)混凝土開(kai)始(shi)澆筑(zhu),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)計(ji)劃(hua)2013年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)首臺水輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組投(tou)產發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),2013年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)第2臺水輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組投(tou)產發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)完工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
地理位置
三里坪水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位(wei)于湖北省房縣(xian)(xian)境內,壩址位(wei)于在漢江中(zhong)游(you)一級支流南(nan)河(he)(he)中(zhong)段三里坪村下游(you)約1.3km的鏈子(zi)崖處,距房縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)城近(jin)50km、至河(he)(he)口129km,是(shi)南(nan)河(he)(he)流域干流梯(ti)級開發中(zhong)的骨干工程(cheng),大(da)壩正常蓄水位(wei)416.0m,相應(ying)庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong)4.72億(yi)m3,調節庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong)2.11億(yi)m3,本工程(cheng)是(shi)以(yi)防洪、發電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼(jian)有灌溉、水庫(ku)(ku)養(yang)殖、庫(ku)(ku)區航運等綜合(he)效益(yi)的水利(li)(li)樞紐工程(cheng)。地下電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)廠房裝有2臺混流式水輪發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組,額定(ding)單(dan)(dan)機(ji)(ji)容(rong)(rong)量為35MW,額定(ding)總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)(rong)量為70MW;最大(da)單(dan)(dan)機(ji)(ji)容(rong)(rong)量為40MW,最大(da)總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)(rong)量為80MW;年設計(ji)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量1.83億(yi)千瓦時(shi),年設計(ji)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)利(li)(li)用小時(shi)數2620小時(shi),保(bao)證(zheng)出(chu)力1.24萬(wan)千瓦。
運作方式
在(zai)非汛(xun)(xun)期(qi)利用(yong)上庫(ku)的調節能(neng)力進行日調節運用(yong);在(zai)主(zhu)汛(xun)(xun)期(qi)和秋(qiu)汛(xun)(xun)期(qi)水(shui)庫(ku)以下游防(fang)洪安全為(wei)主(zhu),當(dang)(dang)入庫(ku)流(liu)量滿足電站發(fa)(fa)電需要(yao)時充分發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)調峰作用(yong),當(dang)(dang)電站來水(shui)流(liu)量較小,電站將按(an)保證出力發(fa)(fa)電,盡可能(neng)保持水(shui)庫(ku)在(zai)高水(shui)位運行。
水(shui)利樞紐(niu)由碾壓混凝土(tu)雙曲(qu)拱壩(ba)、泄洪消能(neng)建筑物、引水(shui)式(shi)地(di)下電站廠房(fang)組成。攔河大(da)(da)壩(ba)最大(da)(da)壩(ba)高(gao)141.00m,壩(ba)軸線長284.62m,壩(ba)頂高(gao)程420m,河床建基面高(gao)程279m。
地(di)下廠房(fang)(fang)位于(yu)大壩右岸山體內,廠房(fang)(fang)采(cai)用(yong)中部式(shi)。電站主要建筑物由進水口、引水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)及壓力(li)鋼管(guan)、主廠房(fang)(fang)洞(dong)(dong)室群(含主副(fu)廠房(fang)(fang)、安裝場、母線(xian)洞(dong)(dong))、尾(wei)水隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)、尾(wei)水閘門(men)井、尾(wei)水渠、交通洞(dong)(dong)、出線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)及地(di)面開關站等(deng)組成。
電氣主接線
電站發電機(ji)和(he)主(zhu)變壓(ya)器組合(he)方式采(cai)用一機(ji)一變單元(yuan)接線(xian),110KV(GIS開關站)出(chu)線(xian)一回,110KV電壓(ya)側采(cai)用單母接線(xian)。
接入系統
以一回110KV線(xian)路(lu)接(jie)入(ru)房縣220KV開關站,線(xian)路(lu)總長30.5km。
廠用電系統
400V廠用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)I段(duan)(duan)、II段(duan)(duan)分別經(jing)兩臺容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)1250KVA;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)(wei)10.5±2X.2.5%/0.4KV干式變(bian)(bian)壓器接入1#、2#發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)10.5kv母線,;備用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源由青峰(feng)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)經(jing)10KV線路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通過一(yi)臺容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)800KVA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)(wei)10.5±2X.2.5%/0.4KV干式變(bian)(bian)壓器接入400VII段(duan)(duan),廠內(nei)500KW柴油發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)后備電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入400VI段(duan)(duan);400V分為(wei)(wei)(wei)兩段(duan)(duan),加設母聯開(kai)關采用南京自動(dong)化公司備自投裝置實現(xian)自動(dong)投切;壩區采用250kW柴油發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)應急供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
控制方式
電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)采用南京南瑞集(ji)團生產的(de)計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統實現(xian)全廠生產設(she)備(bei)集(ji)中(zhong)監(jian)測監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong),電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制分(fen)為三層:現(xian)地(di)(di)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、廠站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和調(diao)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。控(kong)(kong)(kong)制調(diao)節(jie)方式的(de)優先級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)從(cong)高到低為:現(xian)地(di)(di)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、主站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、調(diao)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。在主站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制方式下,現(xian)地(di)(di)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制單元只(zhi)接(jie)受通過廠站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)室)人機(ji)接(jie)口(kou)設(she)備(bei)發布的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制及調(diao)節(jie)命令。調(diao)度級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)只(zhi)能采集(ji)、監(jian)視來自三里(li)坪水電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)運行信息(xi)和數據,不能直接(jie)對電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制對象進行遠(yuan)方控(kong)(kong)(kong)制與操作。
調度方式
三里坪水電站由湖北(bei)省電力調度(du)通信(xin)中心調度(du)。
