工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)位(wei)(wei)于海南省(sheng)三亞(ya)市(shi)西部的(de)(de)(de)寧遠(yuan)河中(zhong)下(xia)游河段,大(da)(Ⅱ)型(xing)水(shui)利(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),是中(zhong)國最南端的(de)(de)(de)大(da)型(xing)水(shui)利(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。水(shui)庫(ku)總(zong)庫(ku)容4.68億立(li)方米(mi)(mi),正常(chang)蓄水(shui)位(wei)(wei)70.0m,正常(chang)庫(ku)容3.93億立(li)方米(mi)(mi),防洪庫(ku)容1.48億立(li)方米(mi)(mi),為(wei)多年(nian)調節(jie)水(shui)庫(ku)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)以防洪、供水(shui)、灌溉(gai)為(wei)主,結合(he)發電。 工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)2004年(nian)12月13日開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),2007年(nian)12月10日竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),2008年(nian)8月通過由水(shui)利(li)部主持(chi)的(de)(de)(de)竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)投資(zi)(zi)8.17億元。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)成功應用(yong)“無(wu)基坑水(shui)下(xia)筑(zhu)壩(ba)技術(shu)”,解決了(le)壩(ba)基處理難題(ti),節(jie)省(sheng)大(da)壩(ba)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)投資(zi)(zi)約3000萬(wan)元;采用(yong)“環(huan)保用(yong)料(liao)筑(zhu)壩(ba)”技術(shu),利(li)用(yong)溢洪道、引水(shui)隧洞等開挖棄渣(zha)筑(zhu)壩(ba),減少庫(ku)區外料(liao)場征地,并不產生工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)棄渣(zha),從源頭(tou)保護了(le)生態(tai)環(huan)境;應用(yong)“水(shui)土保持(chi)和(he)生態(tai)護坡掛網(wang)客土噴播(bo)技術(shu)”將水(shui)土保護和(he)生態(tai)護坡與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設同步進行(xing),提高了(le)草木(mu)成活率(lv),得到了(le)國家環(huan)保總(zong)局的(de)(de)(de)認可(ke)。
