簡介
吉勒(le)布拉克(ke)水電站工(gong)程位于阿勒(le)泰地區哈(ha)(ha)巴(ba)河(he)縣。距(ju)哈(ha)(ha)巴(ba)河(he)縣35km,距(ju)工(gong)程區右岸以西下游約6.5km處有阿舍勒(le)銅礦至(zhi)哈(ha)(ha)巴(ba)河(he)公路(lu)通(tong)過,已新建進場(chang)公路(lu)銜接至(zhi)工(gong)程區,對外公路(lu)交通(tong)方便。
吉勒布拉(la)克(ke)水(shui)電站是水(shui)利(li)部(bu)綜合事業局水(shui)利(li)援疆項目之一,工程總投資12.97億元,大壩(ba)壩(ba)高146米(mi),水(shui)庫總庫容2.32億立方米(mi),由攔河壩(ba)、泄洪(hong)渠、引水(shui)建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)及地(di)面廠房等(deng)主要建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)組成,電站裝機160兆(zhao)瓦(wa),年平(ping)均發電量4.95億千瓦(wa)·時(shi)。水(shui)電站的成功(gong)截流,標志(zhi)著吉勒布拉(la)克(ke)水(shui)電站工程進入主體工程建(jian)設階(jie)段。
吉勒布拉(la)克水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工(gong)程正(zheng)常蓄水位(wei)▽752.00m,總(zong)庫容2.32億(yi)m3, 調節庫容1.43億(yi)m3,死庫容0.729億(yi)m3,總(zong)裝機160MW,多年(nian)平均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量4.95億(yi)kW·h,為大(2)型Ⅱ等(deng)工(gong)程,工(gong)程主(zhu)要任務(wu)是發(fa)電(dian)(dian)。工(gong)程主(zhu)要由混凝(ning)土(tu)面板堆(dui)石壩(ba)、深孔泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)、溢(yi)洪(hong)洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水洞(dong)和電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)廠(chang)房等(deng)建筑(zhu)物(wu)組成,其中:大壩(ba)為1級建筑(zhu)物(wu),深孔泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)、表孔溢(yi)洪(hong)洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)洞(dong)進水塔為2級建筑(zhu)物(wu),發(fa)電(dian)(dian)洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)房為3級建筑(zhu)物(wu),臨時建筑(zhu)物(wu)為4級。
1、引水建筑物
發電引(yin)水(shui)建筑物布置在左岸(an),引(yin)水(shui)系(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)一洞(dong)(dong)四機(ji)聯合(he)供水(shui)的布置型(xing)式,電站共四臺機(ji)組(zu),設(she)計(ji)發電引(yin)水(shui)流量(liang)162.0m3/s。主要由進水(shui)口建筑物、發電洞(dong)(dong)段(duan)及出口岔(cha)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)組(zu)成(cheng)。引(yin)水(shui)系(xi)統總長463.275m。進口引(yin)渠段(duan)長18.312m(發0-037.562-發0-019.250)底(di)板高程(cheng)▽697.0m,斷面型(xing)式為(wei)(wei)梯形(xing),底(di)寬(kuan)19.6m。進水(shui)口閘(zha)(zha)井(jing)采(cai)用(yong)岸(an)塔(ta)式結構,閘(zha)(zha)井(jing)由攔(lan)污柵(zha)段(duan)和(he)事(shi)故(gu)門(men)井(jing)段(duan)組(zu)成(cheng),閘(zha)(zha)井(jing)底(di)板高程(cheng)▽697.0m頂高程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)▽758.2m,內(nei)設(she)3孔(kong)(kong)(kong)攔(lan)污柵(zha),3孔(kong)(kong)(kong)擋(dang)水(shui)門(men)槽(cao)。1孔(kong)(kong)(kong)平板事(shi)故(gu)板,攔(lan)污柵(zha)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)口尺(chi)寸4.0m*12.5m,檔水(shui)門(men)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)口尺(chi)寸為(wei)(wei)4.0m*11.5m,事(shi)故(gu)門(men)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)口尺(chi)寸為(wei)(wei)8.0m*8.0m。上(shang)平洞(dong)(dong)段(duan)119.047m,圓形(xing)斷面,洞(dong)(dong)徑8m,縱坡(po)7/100.鋼(gang)筋混(hun)(hun)凝土襯(chen)(chen)砌厚0.6m。斜(xie)井(jing)段(duan)長103.628m,斜(xie)角(jiao)50o,下平洞(dong)(dong)段(duan)長199.227m,內(nei)徑6.2m,內(nei)襯(chen)(chen)Q345C鋼(gang)板,外部回填(tian)C20混(hun)(hun)凝土,混(hun)(hun)凝土襯(chen)(chen)砌厚0.6m。主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)出洞(dong)(dong)后采(cai)用(yong)月牙肋岔(cha)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)分為(wei)(wei)四個支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)徑6.2m,支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)徑分別為(wei)(wei)4.4m、3.6m。岔(cha)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)及支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)均采(cai)用(yong)C25鋼(gang)筋混(hun)(hun)凝土襯(chen)(chen)砌。出口岔(cha)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)外包混(hun)(hun)凝土,上(shang)部至發電機(ji)層高程(cheng)639.80m,均回填(tian)石碴。
2、廠房及開關站
電站總(zong)裝機(ji)160MW,發電廠房為引(yin)水式(shi)地面(mian)廠房,廠區(qu)由主廠房、副廠房、升壓站、尾(wei)水建筑物組成。副廠房布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)于主廠房上(shang)游(you)側,戶內(nei)式(shi)開關站布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)副廠房內(nei),電站尾(wei)水經整治(zhi)投入原河道。
工程地質概況
1、區域地質和地震烈(lie)度
工(gong)程區(qu)(qu)(qu)在大地(di)構造單元上(shang)屬阿(a)勒泰(tai)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系和西(xi)南部準(zhun)噶(ga)爾-北天山褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系。阿(a)爾泰(tai)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺系西(xi)段主要(yao)由(you)喀納斯~可可托海背(bei)斜(xie)地(di)槽(cao)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺帶(dai)、克蘭(lan)向(xiang)斜(xie)地(di)槽(cao)褶(zhe)(zhe)皺帶(dai)、額爾齊斯擠壓(ya)帶(dai)組成。水(shui)庫壩(ba)區(qu)(qu)(qu)是(shi)區(qu)(qu)(qu)域地(di)震(zhen)活動較弱的、相對穩(wen)定的地(di)塊,根據(ju)2008年(nian)(nian)4月新(xin)疆(jiang)防御自然(ran)災害研究(jiu)所《新(xin)疆(jiang)哈巴河(he)吉勒布拉克水(shui)電站工(gong)程場地(di)地(di)震(zhen)安全性(xing)評價報告》結論,場區(qu)(qu)(qu)50年(nian)(nian)超越概率10%的動峰(feng)值加速度為(wei)0.05g。對應的地(di)震(zhen)基本烈度相當于(yu)Ⅵ度。
2、發電洞(dong)工程地質狀況
發電洞(dong)(dong):進口位于左岸深孔泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)側,進口段邊(bian)坡大部(bu)分處于強(qiang)(qiang)風(feng)化(hua)~弱風(feng)化(hua)巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)內(nei),主要分布(bu)f98、f99斷(duan)層。建議清除表層不穩定巖(yan)(yan)塊(kuai),對洞(dong)(dong)臉邊(bian)坡進行(xing)噴(pen)錨處理,對閘(zha)基(ji)(ji)下(xia)f98斷(duan)層破碎帶(dai)固結(jie)灌漿處理,對f99斷(duan)層通過閘(zha)前底板做混凝(ning)土換填(tian)處理。洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)上(shang)覆巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)厚(hou)(hou)度40~98m,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)處于微風(feng)化(hua)新鮮巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)內(nei),大部(bu)分巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)完(wan)整性較好,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)段在0+030~0+178、0+203~0+379m處,為Ⅲ類(lei)圍巖(yan)(yan),需噴(pen)錨支(zhi)護(hu);在0+178~0+203、0+379~0+400m處,巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)完(wan)整性差,為Ⅳ類(lei)圍巖(yan)(yan),需噴(pen)錨掛網支(zhi)護(hu),并澆(jiao)筑混凝(ning)土襯(chen)砌。隧洞(dong)(dong)出口及(ji)電站廠房(fang)段處于斜坡及(ji)Ⅱ級(ji)階地上(shang),坡度15°左右,在0+400~0+444m處表層覆蓋有坡殘積碎石(shi)土,覆蓋層厚(hou)(hou)度約3~6m,0+444~0+490m為Ⅱ級(ji)階地,表層分布(bu)0.8~1m的粉土,下(xia)部(bu)為砂卵礫石(shi)層,厚(hou)(hou)3~8m,下(xia)覆基(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)為細粒斜長花崗巖(yan)(yan),強(qiang)(qiang)風(feng)化(hua)帶(dai)厚(hou)(hou)2~4m。
評價
發電廠房(fang)處(chu)于壩(ba)址(zhi)下(xia)游(you)左岸的Ⅱ級階地(di)上,該區域地(di)形較平緩開(kai)(kai)(kai)闊,上部覆(fu)蓋層(ceng)為(wei)(wei)二元結構,表面0.8~1m厚為(wei)(wei)洪積粉土,粉土下(xia)為(wei)(wei)砂卵礫石(shi)層(ceng),總厚度(du)(du)約3~8m,結構密實,縱波(bo)速(su)度(du)(du)Vp=640~900m/s,但分布淘金洞(dong),淘金坑,受人工擾動結構疏松。覆(fu)蓋層(ceng)下(xia)覆(fu)基(ji)(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan),巖(yan)(yan)性為(wei)(wei)細粒斜(xie)長(chang)花崗(gang)巖(yan)(yan),強風化(hua)帶厚2~4m,縱波(bo)速(su)度(du)(du)Vp≤2500m/s;弱(ruo)風化(hua)帶厚約10~11m,縱波(bo)速(su)度(du)(du)Vp=2500~4000m/s,巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)中裂(lie)隙(xi)發育情況(kuang)與岔(cha)管段相同(tong),廠房(fang)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎(chu)建基(ji)(ji)(ji)面高程620.30m,開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖深(shen)度(du)(du)17~21m,其中巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)內開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖深(shen)度(du)(du)13~16m,建基(ji)(ji)(ji)面處(chu)于基(ji)(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)弱(ruo)風化(hua)下(xia)線(xian)附近,未見(jian)影響基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎(chu)穩定(ding)的斷(duan)層(ceng),建基(ji)(ji)(ji)面工程地(di)質(zhi)條件較好。廠房(fang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖中對局部裂(lie)隙(xi)切割影響穩定(ding)的巖(yan)(yan)塊(kuai),需布置(zhi)錨(mao)桿加固。在覆(fu)蓋層(ceng)與基(ji)(ji)(ji)巖(yan)(yan)面設(she)一層(ceng)馬(ma)道(dao),土方(fang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)(wei)1:1.5,巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)(wei)1:0.5,巖(yan)(yan)體(ti)邊(bian)坡(po)開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖深(shen)度(du)(du)每(mei)10m處(chu)設(she)一層(ceng)馬(ma)道(dao),馬(ma)道(dao)寬2m,土方(fang)臨時開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)(wei)1:1,巖(yan)(yan)石(shi)臨時開(kai)(kai)(kai)挖邊(bian)坡(po)為(wei)(wei)1:0.3。
由中國葛洲壩(ba)集團承建(jian)(jian)的(de)發(fa)電(dian)廠房與引水洞(dong)的(de)土建(jian)(jian)部分與2013年(nian)7月基本結束。
