布(bu)勒橋(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿大卑詩省溫哥(ge)(ge)華市內一條桁架橋,橫(heng)越福(fu)溪(xi)的(de)(de)西(xi)端,連(lian)接溫哥(ge)(ge)華市中心及基斯(si)蘭(lan)奴區。大橋現時有5條行(xing)(xing)車(che)線,貫通兩(liang)岸的(de)(de)布(bu)勒街,并(bing)設于(yu)行(xing)(xing)車(che)線兩(liang)旁設有行(xing)(xing)人(ren)及自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)通道。大橋的(de)(de)裝飾藝術風格令其(qi)成(cheng)為(wei)溫市的(de)(de)主(zhu)要地標(biao)之一。
1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)布(bu)勒(le)橋(qiao)(qiao)溫(wen)哥(ge)華市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)于(yu)1920年(nian)(nian)(nian)代委托顧(gu)問公司為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)內規劃(hua)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研究(jiu)(jiu)。研究(jiu)(jiu)報告(gao)倡議(yi)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)在福溪(xi)的(de)西端(duan)興(xing)建(jian)(jian)一條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)大橋(qiao)(qiao)連接市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中心和(he)基斯蘭奴,而(er)工程師約翰·格(ge)蘭特(te)亦于(yu)1927年(nian)(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)初步設計(ji)(ji)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)于(yu)1929年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri)就大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)集(ji)(ji)資(zi)事(shi)務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公投;過(guo)半數選民(min)支持市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)的(de)300萬元(yuan)集(ji)(ji)資(zi)方(fang)案(an),但方(fang)案(an)卻(que)未達(da)致(zhi)60%門(men)檻而(er)被否決(jue)。格(ge)蘭特(te)其后(hou)更改(gai)(gai)(gai)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)設計(ji)(ji),在行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)下方(fang)預留空間待日(ri)后(hou)興(xing)建(jian)(jian)鐵路通(tong)(tong)道(dao)層。新方(fang)案(an)在同年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)11日(ri)舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)第二次公投中獲超(chao)過(guo)60%選民(min)支持而(er)被通(tong)(tong)過(guo)。大橋(qiao)(qiao)工程于(yu)1930年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)8日(ri)展(zhan)開,而(er)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)上層行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)則于(yu)1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)通(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)本(ben)來(lai)打算利用聯邦政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)提(ti)供的(de)撥款興(xing)建(jian)(jian)下層鐵路通(tong)(tong)道(dao),但聯邦政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)一直沒有(you)提(ti)供該項撥款,此計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)因而(er)告(gao)吹。大橋(qiao)(qiao)貫通(tong)(tong)了福溪(xi)北(bei)(bei)(bei)岸的(de)布(bu)勒(le)街和(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)岸的(de)雪松街(Cedar Street),而(er)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)亦于(yu)1938年(nian)(nian)(nian)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)雪松街更名為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)布(bu)勒(le)街。市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)從1996年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)26日(ri)起試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)其中一條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)原定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)期(qi)六個月(yue)(yue)(yue),但因市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)內駕駛人(ren)士大力(li)反對而(er)于(yu)一星期(qi)后(hou)結束。 市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)議(yi)會于(yu)2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)7日(ri)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)方(fang)案(an),將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)南(nan)(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)南(nan)(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、北(bei)(bei)(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和(he)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)北(bei)(bei)(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、以及(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和(he)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)來(lai)回行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);南(nan)(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)交通(tong)(tong)因此由三條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)減(jian)少(shao)至(zhi)兩(liang)條(tiao)。計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)實(shi)施兩(liang)星期(qi)后(hou),市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)稱(cheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)上的(de)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)流量(liang)上升約30%,汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)流量(liang)則略為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少(shao)。區內商戶則指出(chu)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)實(shi)施以來(lai),他們的(de)營業額(e)大幅減(jian)少(shao)。
