布勒橋(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加(jia)拿大卑(bei)詩省溫(wen)哥華(hua)市(shi)內一(yi)條桁架橋,橫越福溪的(de)西端,連(lian)接溫(wen)哥華(hua)市(shi)中(zhong)心及基斯蘭(lan)奴區。大橋現(xian)時有5條行(xing)車線(xian)(xian),貫(guan)通(tong)兩岸的(de)布勒街,并設于行(xing)車線(xian)(xian)兩旁設有行(xing)人及自行(xing)車通(tong)道。大橋的(de)裝飾藝(yi)術風格令其成為溫(wen)市(shi)的(de)主要地標之一(yi)。
1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒(le)(le)(le)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)溫哥華市(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)于(yu)(yu)1920年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代委托顧問公(gong)司為市(shi)(shi)(shi)內規劃進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)。研(yan)究(jiu)報告倡議(yi)市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)在(zai)福溪的(de)(de)西(xi)端興建(jian)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)連接市(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)心和(he)基斯蘭奴,而(er)(er)(er)工程(cheng)師約翰·格蘭特亦(yi)于(yu)(yu)1927年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)完成大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)初步設計(ji)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)于(yu)(yu)1929年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)15日就大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)集(ji)資事(shi)務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公(gong)投(tou);過半數選民支持市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)300萬元集(ji)資方案,但(dan)方案卻未達致60%門檻而(er)(er)(er)被否決。格蘭特其后更改大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)設計(ji),在(zai)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線的(de)(de)下(xia)方預留空間待日后興建(jian)鐵路通道(dao)層(ceng)。新方案在(zai)同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)11日舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)第二次公(gong)投(tou)中(zhong)獲超過60%選民支持而(er)(er)(er)被通過。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)于(yu)(yu)1930年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)8日展開(kai),而(er)(er)(er)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)上(shang)層(ceng)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線則于(yu)(yu)1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)1日通車(che)(che)(che)(che)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)本來(lai)打(da)算(suan)利用聯邦政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)提(ti)供的(de)(de)撥(bo)款(kuan)(kuan)興建(jian)下(xia)層(ceng)鐵路通道(dao),但(dan)聯邦政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)一(yi)直沒(mei)有(you)提(ti)供該項撥(bo)款(kuan)(kuan),此(ci)計(ji)劃因(yin)而(er)(er)(er)告吹。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)貫(guan)通了福溪北(bei)岸的(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒(le)(le)(le)街(jie)(jie)和(he)南岸的(de)(de)雪松街(jie)(jie)(Cedar Street),而(er)(er)(er)市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)亦(yi)于(yu)(yu)1938年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)雪松街(jie)(jie)更名為布(bu)(bu)勒(le)(le)(le)街(jie)(jie)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)從1996年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)26日起試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)其中(zhong)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線改為自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線。試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)劃原定為期六個月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),但(dan)因(yin)市(shi)(shi)(shi)內駕(jia)駛(shi)人士大(da)力(li)反對而(er)(er)(er)于(yu)(yu)一(yi)星期后結(jie)束(shu)。 市(shi)(shi)(shi)議(yi)會于(yu)(yu)2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)7日通過方案,將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢線改為南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)專線、北(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人和(he)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)通道(dao)改為北(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)專線、以及將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人和(he)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)通道(dao)改為來(lai)回行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人專線;南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽車(che)(che)(che)(che)交通因(yin)此(ci)由(you)三(san)條(tiao)(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線減(jian)少(shao)至兩條(tiao)(tiao)。計(ji)劃實施兩星期后,市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)稱(cheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)流量上(shang)升約30%,汽車(che)(che)(che)(che)流量則略為減(jian)少(shao)。區內商(shang)戶則指出(chu)計(ji)劃實施以來(lai),他們(men)的(de)(de)營(ying)業(ye)額大(da)幅減(jian)少(shao)。
