廣州市花(hua)(hua)都(dou)區(qu)獅嶺(ling)中(zhong)學(xue)坐落于(yu)聞名(ming)遐邇(er)的(de)中(zhong)國皮革皮具之(zhi)都(dou)——花(hua)(hua)都(dou)區(qu)獅嶺(ling)鎮,是一所(suo)公立普通(tong)高級中(zhong)學(xue)。學(xue)校創辦于(yu)1956年,占地(di)面積67286平方米,綠(lv)化面積46651平方米,建筑(zhu)面積29712平方米,建有標(biao)準的(de)足球場(chang)、籃球場(chang)、羽毛球場(chang)、排球場(chang)、乒(ping)乓球場(chang)等體育運動場(chang)地(di)和設施;學(xue)校有標(biao)準課室(shi),專(zhuan)用活(huo)動室(shi),教學(xue)區(qu)、功能(neng)區(qu)和生活(huo)區(qu)一應(ying)俱全。校園內布局(ju)合(he)理(li),綠(lv)樹成蔭,鳥(niao)語花(hua)(hua)香,是名(ming)副其(qi)實的(de)花(hua)(hua)園式(shi)單位。
建校(xiao)近五十(shi)年(nian)來,該(gai)校(xiao)經(jing)歷了(le)初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)——職業高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)——職業中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)轉變,四(si)次體(ti)制更改,形成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)生生源差、起點低的(de)(de)局面。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)領導班子認真分析(xi)該(gai)校(xiao)的(de)(de)情況,圍繞“為學(xue)(xue)生想一生,為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)想百年(nian)”的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)理念,決定推行“成(cheng)(cheng)功教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”。成(cheng)(cheng)功教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)生潛能發現(xian)和發展的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)生自我(wo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)能力(li)提高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),是全面提高(gao)(gao)學(xue)(xue)生素質的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)。要(yao)求(qiu)老師按照人本教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)原則,根據學(xue)(xue)生在成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)(de)問(wen)題,找準(zhun)切(qie)入點,不(bu)斷(duan)刺激其學(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興奮(fen)點,揚長(chang)避短,挖掘學(xue)(xue)生潛力(li),提高(gao)(gao)其自身信心。經(jing)過(guo)幾年(nian)的(de)(de)實踐探索(suo),我(wo)們(men)取得良(liang)好(hao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)效果,并形成(cheng)(cheng)明顯的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)特(te)色。我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)主要(yao)做法是:
1、了解學(xue)生,研究學(xue)生,理(li)解學(xue)生。
該校(xiao)是一(yi)所由(you)職(zhi)業教育轉型(xing)的(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),生源起(qi)點低,素質和(he)能力(li)(li)差異較(jiao)大,學(xue)(xue)習困難(nan)群(qun)體(ti)較(jiao)大,可以用(yong)一(yi)句(ju)話(hua)來概括(kuo),就是“智力(li)(li)正常(chang),基(ji)礎不扎實。”而智力(li)(li)正常(chang)的(de)孩子都有發(fa)展的(de)潛(qian)能。這就說明,該校(xiao)大部分(fen)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)潛(qian)力(li)(li)未得到開發(fa)。通過(guo)分(fen)析,我們又逐(zhu)步(bu)認定,學(xue)(xue)習困難(nan)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生眾多(duo)問題(ti)的(de)背(bei)后存在一(yi)個事(shi)實,就是存在著一(yi)種失(shi)敗(bai)者的(de)心態,改變學(xue)(xue)生失(shi)敗(bai)者的(de)心態,誘發(fa)其內部潛(qian)能,是成功(gong)教育的(de)必由(you)之路。
2、形成“成功(gong)”新(xin)觀念,確立(li)“成功(gong)教育”的基本(ben)原則。
該(gai)校通過(guo)(guo)各種宣傳途徑,引導師生正確(que)理解“成功(gong)(gong)”的(de)概念,讓師生們認(ren)識到成功(gong)(gong)含義(yi)的(de)多樣性、多層次性,成功(gong)(gong)意(yi)(yi)味著(zhu)超越(yue)自我(wo),超越(yue)他人,超越(yue)過(guo)(guo)去,其(qi)本(ben)質是不斷發展,不斷提高,沒有終(zhong)極意(yi)(yi)義(yi)的(de)成功(gong)(gong)。成功(gong)(gong)的(de)最(zui)高境界(jie)是獲(huo)得自己爭取成功(gong)(gong)的(de)能力(li)。
基于這種認識(shi),我們確(que)立(li)了“成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教育(yu)”的(de)(de)基本原則:一是(shi)教師應承(cheng)認每(mei)一個學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)都是(shi)具(ju)有無窮的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展潛力(li)(li);二是(shi)積極(ji)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)造(zao)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)機會(hui)和條件,鼓勵學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)嘗試成(cheng)功(gong)(gong),啟(qi)動形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自身的(de)(de)內部動力(li)(li)機制(zhi);三是(shi)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教育(yu)的(de)(de)關鍵在(zai)勵志,勵志教育(yu)的(de)(de)核心在(zai)于全方(fang)位刺激學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興趣;四是(shi)堅持對學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)施教育(yu)過程的(de)(de)鼓勵性(xing)評價,及時地發(fa)(fa)現學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一點一滴的(de)(de)進步和成(cheng)功(gong)(gong),并給予肯定;五是(shi)要十分注意和扶持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)非智(zhi)力(li)(li)因(yin)素方(fang)面的(de)(de)特(te)長(chang),通(tong)過個性(xing)特(te)長(chang)的(de)(de)培養,使學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)為某方(fang)面的(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者(zhe),進而為今后成(cheng)為社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者(zhe)做好基本素質的(de)(de)準備。
3、開(kai)辟素質(zhi)教育新(xin)領域(yu),讓學生享受成功的(de)喜悅。
根(gen)據該校(xiao)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)源實際情況(kuang),該校(xiao)要在(zai)物理、化(hua)學(xue)、政(zheng)治等(deng)熱門學(xue)科與(yu)其他學(xue)校(xiao)取(qu)得公(gong)平競爭是不(bu)現實的(de),也不(bu)符合學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成材和身心發展的(de)規(gui)律,因此該校(xiao)制(zhi)定(ding)了“另(ling)辟新(xin)徑,拓展素質教育(yu)(yu)新(xin)領域(yu),讓學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)不(bu)同領域(yu)獲得不(bu)同程度的(de)成功(gong)”的(de)策(ce)略,使素質教育(yu)(yu)得以全面廣泛的(de)展開(kai)。
在(zai)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)實踐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),切實貫徹該校“用(yong)愛(ai)的(de)(de)(de)教育培養(yang)美(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)(de)新人”的(de)(de)(de)育人模(mo)式,強調(diao)愛(ai)心教育,實施愉快教育,建立和諧師生關系,讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)生在(zai)不斷進(jin)步(bu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)取(qu)成功的(de)(de)(de)樂趣(qu),不少學(xue)(xue)(xue)生獲(huo)得(de)巨大(da)成功。如2003屆(jie)的(de)(de)(de)何德銳同學(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)高(gao)考(kao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)地(di)理(li)(li)單科(ke)812分,名(ming)列全廣(guang)州市地(di)理(li)(li)單科(ke)第一名(ming),全省第六名(ming)(按從2003年廣(guang)省高(gao)考(kao)年報公布)結果;2004屆(jie)吳燕斌、盧(lu)偉林、藍志軍三位(wei)(wei)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)被重點大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取(qu),李伯鋒(feng)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)單科(ke)702分,居全區(qu)前35名(ming);2005屆(jie)吳淑美(mei)(mei)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)被重點大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取(qu),楊(yang)紹針同學(xue)(xue)(xue)榮幸地(di)被北京(jing)航(hang)天航(hang)空大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取(qu)。高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業班(ban)工作質量(liang)連獲(huo)花都(dou)區(qu)二等獎,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)考(kao)成績實現新的(de)(de)(de)跨越,總分均(jun)量(liang)值(zhi)超(chao)過(guo)區(qu)平均(jun),排名(ming)16位(wei)(wei),由于兩個畢業班(ban)升學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)穩步(bu)提(ti)高(gao),讓更多的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生享受(shou)能考(kao)上大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue),考(kao)上重點中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)喜悅。
一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)九五六年(nian)年(nian)八(ba)月(yue)(yue),在原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)第三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)增設(she)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部,第一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)次招(zhao)收現在芙(fu)蓉鎮和獅嶺鎮高小畢業(ye)生兩個(ge)班(ban)(ban)。在一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)九五六年(nian)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建校(xiao)(xiao)元年(nian)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)九六九年(nian)八(ba)月(yue)(yue),由于(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局事(shi)業(ye)發展的(de)(de)需要(yao),在原(yuan)初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上增設(she)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部。當(dang)(dang)(dang)年(nian)招(zhao)收初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業(ye)生四(si)個(ge)班(ban)(ban)。成(cheng)為(wei)當(dang)(dang)(dang)時縣(xian)(xian)級(ji)的(de)(de)普(pu)通完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)九八(ba)三(san)年(nian),由于(yu)廣州市教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體(ti)制改(gai)革的(de)(de)需要(yao)。縣(xian)(xian)政府(fu)將獅嶺中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)赤(chi)坭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部改(gai)為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),故當(dang)(dang)(dang)時學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)除(chu)了保留原(yuan)獅嶺中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)名外,還(huan)同時署(shu)名為(wei)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅嶺職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)九九四(si)年(nian)四(si)月(yue)(yue),經廣州市政府(fu)辦公室批準行文(wen)。花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅嶺職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)改(gai)為(wei)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),并將原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)“民(min)用(yong)建筑專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”,新華鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)“服裝設(she)計(ji)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”、“旅游專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”統一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)劃為(wei)該校(xiao)(xiao)統一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)管理。花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅嶺職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)是當(dang)(dang)(dang)時的(de)(de)縣(xian)(xian)重點職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)和廣州市的(de)(de)骨(gu)干職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。2000年(nian),由于(yu)普(pu)及高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)需要(yao),當(dang)(dang)(dang)時的(de)(de)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)都(dou)市人民(min)政府(fu)批準該校(xiao)(xiao)復(fu)辦普(pu)通高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。取消該校(xiao)(xiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)體(ti)制,成(cheng)為(wei)該區(qu)的(de)(de)普(pu)通完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。
