海(hai)帶等藻類(lei)(lei)是生(sheng)長在海(hai)洋中的低等隱花植物(wu)(wu)(wu)。作為原始(shi)的生(sheng)命形態,生(sheng)長速度塊(kuai),結構(gou)簡(jian)單,適應(ying)能力強,它與陸(lu)生(sheng)植物(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)較強的親緣性,所有(you)營(ying)養(yang)(yang)組(zu)分均可(ke)被(bei)陸(lu)生(sheng)植物(wu)(wu)(wu)直接吸收利用。含有(you)海(hai)藻酸、多糖(tang)硫酸酯、單糖(tang)等糖(tang)膠物(wu)(wu)(wu)質及甘露醇、維(wei)生(sheng)素(su)、蛋白質、氨基酸等有(you)機營(ying)養(yang)(yang),同時含有(you)碘、鐵、鍶、硒等數十(shi)種無機營(ying)養(yang)(yang)及細胞激動素(su)、植物(wu)(wu)(wu)生(sheng)長素(su)、甜菜堿等植物(wu)(wu)(wu)調節(jie)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質、酚類(lei)(lei)化合物(wu)(wu)(wu)。
